You've seen those, or similar, headlines. Maybe you've read the stories. Is it true? Does Evergreen Air actually
spray chemtrails? Is this the company that flies all the planes that make those ugly lines in the sky?
The short answer to all the above is; no.
A careful reading of the stories on the 'net reveals that those stories are more heat than light. Much emotion,
many assumptions, and not much in the way of real facts or evidence. As this is written, mid-February 2011, the
latest bit of hot information is that Evergreen has signed a contract to provide spray plane service. The contract
very clearly states that the tankers are being used for fire fighting and other environmental services. The ones
who bring you this bit of news want you to believe that this is secretly a chemtrail program contract. There is no
evidence to support such an idea. The writers are, in effect, saying that since it could be true then it must be true
that Evergreen is spraying chemtrails.
This is not the kind of proof that will ever get past a prosecuting attorney and in front of a grand jury. You'd be
laughed out of the office. Or arrested for suspicion.
Pinal Air Park began life as an Army Air Corps training base back in WWII. Pinal County owns the air park and
leases it to Evergreen Air. It's an open secret in Pinal County that Evergreen Air is a CIA front organization. The
National Guard has a base there, and DARPA has an office there, too. No private planes are parked or operated
from the base. It is visible from the Interstate 10 highway. Private aviation flies out of Marana Airport, which is
very close to Pinal Air Park.
I lived within 35 miles of Pinal Air Park for 15 years. I was contracted to do fire extinguisher service work for the
National Guard unit that is there, so I was on the base at regular intervals for years. I kept my eyes open and
looked for anything suspicious. This was in the early days of this century.
Back in those days, our part of Arizona was being sprayed 3 or 4 times a week. The sprayers would come out of
the west and cover our sky. They seemed to converge at a point on the distant horizon that might have been El
Paso. No spray planes ever came out of Pinal Air Park, nor did one ever land there. The Evergreen operation
there is for refurbishing planes. That's why Google Earth will show images of white planes. Well, yeah. They paint
them white and then add company names or logos on them.
These refurbished planes go to private and government buyers around the globe, and maybe some of them are
used for drug smuggling. Not for chemtrail spraying. This is not what they company does. Evergreen Air is
involved in lots of things, but chemtrail spraying is not one of them. A lot of aircraft renovation and modification
goes on there, but it has nothing to do with chemtrails. An eyewitness told me that he was making a delivery to
the main hangar and saw a plane come up from below as if on an elevator. Both of its wings had been removed.
Some sort of underground base may be there. Phil Scheider said that there are 125 of them in the US, and that
was 15 years ago.
Pinal Air Park is visible from the Interstate. It is a very sleepy little airport. Not much activity. I was headed north
on the Interstate one day and watched an older twin-engined prop plane, passenger style, as it did its landing
approach. As it turned to line up with the runway on final approach, it was going so slow that it was like it was in
a school zone. It was flying much slower than stall speed. Anti-gravity on board? That's all I could think of to
explain it. We know that DARPA is there, the CIA is there, and "something" is underground. But chemtrail
spraying or aircraft modification for chemtrail spraying? No. I was there. Those are not chemtrail planes.
At one time there was a small group of what we would call black helicopters based there. While they were there,
security on the base was very tight. The guard at the gate was tense, inquisitive, and you just couldn't get on the
base unless you had business there, or an appointment with someone.
A lady I knew who lived outside of a small town north of the air park told me that often she would be bothered at
night by the sound of the low-flying choppers going over her little homestead. They were low enough, she said,
that she could see that they were outfitted with pontoons, and they came from the direction of Pinal Air Park.
Now, Arizona is a desert. They would not need pontoons in a desert!
She said they always flew toward California. Best guess is that they were picking up drugs floating on the water
out in the Pacific somewhere. The CIA is known as one of the world's largest drug dealers, maybe even THE
largest. I would imagine that by now they have a less conspicuous way of taking delivery.
After the black helicopters were no longer based there, a new security company took over and these guys were
friendly and no more intrusive or suspicious than the greeters at Wal-Mart. It may be different now. This was in
the days before the WTC event; before George Bush made everyone fearful, suspicious, and anxious. Anyone
trying to film a documentary, and some have, will likely be turned away at the gate. This in itself is not
suspicious. This is, after all, the CIA. The documentary film makers would get the same treatment at Langley.
It makes a more exciting story for the "investigators", though. If they get turned away, they can claim that what
they suspect is true, and Evergreen is hiding something. It's best for them that they do get turned away. If they
were allowed to go on the base and look around, they'd find no chemtrail planes at all.
That would just ruin the whole story.

major transmission belt driving the conspiracy.

in Wilmington, Delaware. Wheeler III was a consultant to Mitre the non profit corporation with jurisdictional
advice over the Federal Aviation Administration’s flight patterns.

Sometime during 2012, when the late 9/11 researcher, author, and veteran Boeing 757 and 767 pilot Philip Marshall was
contacted by a few of his old CIA colleagues from his days as a contract pilot for “the Company,” little did he realize
what secrets would await him at an isolated aerodrome in the Arizona desert known as the Pinal Air Park.
If it were not for the fact that sprouting like Arizona cacti from the desert base of Pinal Air Park are the large
fuselages and tails of hundreds of passenger jumbo jets, passers-by on Interstate 10 between Phoenix and
Tucson would miss the site that has hosted the CIA’s fleet of private planes and proprietary airline companies
over some six decades.
Not always a magnet for curious tourists, Marana was once a training field for U.S. Army Air Force, U.S. Air
Force, and Nationalist Chinese pilots during World War II and immediately afterward. During the Korean War,
Darr Aviation trained student pilots for the U.S. Air Force. In the 1950s, Marana was used by the CIA’s Special
Activities Division to test the Fulton Skyhook, a surface-to-air harness recovery system used to extract agents
from hostile locations.
Popularly known as the “boneyard” for civilian aircraft, Pinal or Marana also figures prominently in the events
of 9/11. When this author attended Phil Marshall’s funeral in Mandeville, Louisiana in March 2013, a member
of his family pulled me aside and confided, “If you want to know what Phil was working on before he died, the
answers will be found in Marana, Arizona.”
Delta Airlines officially denies that its old planes are stored at Pinal.
The Calaveras County, California Sheriff contended that Marshall, in a bipolar rage influenced by pain killers
and alcohol, of shooting to death his teenage son and daughter, the family dog, and himself in their family home
in Murphys, California at the end of January 2013.
An FBI agent also confided to WMR that Marshall was peering into the pre-9/11 activities surrounding Pinal
Air Park and its major CIA proprietary operator at the time, Evergreen Aviation.
A special investigation by WMR resulted in a different conclusion than that arrived at by a hasty Calaveras
County Sheriff’s Department. Marshall, during a trip to Marana in 2012, met some old CIA pilot friends from
the early 1980s. In those days, Marshall flew CIA drug running pilot-turned-Drug Enforcement Administration
informant Barry Seal to places like Central America and Mena, Arkansas. Marshall was said by his friends and
family to have been given some “smoking gun” information on the role that Marana played in the 9/11 attacks.

Marshall, a veteran United Airlines pilot with 15,000 hours in the cockpits of Boeing 757s and Boeing 767s, the
two aircraft types allegedly involved in destroying the World Trade Center twin towers, the west side of the
Pentagon, and plunging into a field in Pennsylvania, wrote two books — False Flag 911: How Bush, Cheney
and the Saudis Created the Post-911 World and The Big Bamboozle: 9/11 and the War on Terror — doubting
the official 9/11 Commission report that claimed that 19 Arab flight students, with only rudimentary training,
were able to maneuver heavy jet planes in a manner that even seasoned pilots like Marshall said was virtually
impossible. Impossible, perhaps, for human pilots but possibly not for special hybrid aircraft, fabricated to
resemble commercial planes, painted with United and American logos and colors, and topped off with drone
technology.

But where could such aircraft be produced without anyone’s suspicions being raised? Ever since 1948, when the
U.S. Government turned the Marana field back to Pinal County, the CIA has maintained a presence there.
Originally built by Sun City developer; Poston, Arizona Japanese-American relocation center builder; and
former New York Yankees owner Del Webb in 1942, the airfield trained 10,000 pilots during World War II.
Dinah Shore entertained the trainee pilots during a USO tour.
After the war, Pinal County leased Marana back to Sonoran Flight Services, which was contracted to the U.S.
Forest Service to fight forest fires. However, the airfield soon gained the attention of the newly-inaugurated
CIA, which piggybacked on the Forest Service contract to begin operating CIA proprietary airline companies
from the location much prized for its remoteness. A fairly old massive pile of dirt located outside the main gate
of Pinal Air Park is said to be the soil excavated for a massive tunnel system installed under the base by the
CIA.
George Doole, the CIA’s guru on establishing proprietary aviation companies, decided that Marana was the best
place to center the operations of a number of famous and infamous spook airline outfits, including Civil Air
Transport, Atlantic General Enterprise, Air America, Southern Air Transport, Intermountain Aviation (for
which Phil Marshall flew in the early 1980s), Continental Air Services (part of Continental Airlines that
supported CIA and U.S. military operations in Southeast Asia), and, finally, Evergreen Trade. The latter is a
diversified company started by Del Smith that is involved in everything from chemical spraying for weather
modification to growing Christmas trees and operating a vineyard. Its aviation arm, Evergreen Aviation, for
years operated Pinal Air Park for the CIA as a major center for maintaining and refurbishing aircraft for special
operations.

Those “special operations,” as Phil Marshall was undoubtedly aware from his days as a pilot for DEA-
informant Barry Seal, included narcotics smuggling, for which Air America and Southern Air Transport were
the most infamous. To this day, incoming planes at Pinal are subjected to rigorous inspections by U.S. Customs
and Agriculture Department agents for contraband and invasive plant, insect, and animal species.
In the 1990s, Pinal Air Park was used by the Department of the Treasury as a Federal Law Enforcement
Training Center (FLETC) to train special agents, including Secret Service agents, in motor vehicle protective
driving techniques and firearms use.
According to Pinal Air Park sources, in the months before and just after 9/11, the facility was the home to over
200 commercial aircraft, the highest number than during any other recent time. While many airlines send their
aircraft to Pinal for quick maintenance, other companies either send planes to the facility for long term storage
or pull planes from long term storage for extensive overhaul and a return to service. Planes stored at Pinal are
either destined for the scrap yard or storage for future use. A number of Delta Airlines planes are currently
parked at Pinal with a number destined for the scrap yard after their parts are cannibalized. A Turkmenistan
Airlines Boeing 717 was at Pinal long enough for some quick maintenance before it was returned to active
service. Currently, an Air Jamaica Boeing 757 is at Pinal undergoing similar maintenance. Not so fortunate is a
EuroAtlantic Airways Boeing 747 charter plane that is so weathered, its final destination will be a scrap yard.
Interspersed with U.S. commercial aircraft are foreign planes like the one above from China Eastern Airlines.
A similar boneyard and maintenance-to-storage, storage-to-scrap, and storage-to-maintenance/full operations
facility for military aircraft exists at Davis-Monthan Air Force Base to the wets of Tucson. WMR discovered
that there is a degree of coordination between the military boneyard at Davis-Monthan and the civilian one at
Pinal Air Park.
One is never certain what they’ll find at the military boneyard next to Davis-Monthan Air Force Base, on the
other side of Tucson from the Pinal Air Park.
Pinal not only has the capability to maintain aircraft but, according to a source familiar with the operations at
the facility, it can manufacture aircraft from the cannibalized parts from other planes. In addition, the facility
can fabricate new parts for special purposes. WMR learned that Pinal has the capability to enable large planes to
be remotely operated. WMR can report that it was this capability at Pinal that attracted airline captain
Marshall’s attention and was to be a central part of this third book on 9/11. After his death, the computer hard
disk containing the manuscript for Marshall’s third book was removed from his residence in Murphys and was
reportedly sent to the technical lab of the California Department of Justice in Sacramento for “analysis.” Neither
it nor the manuscript contained on it have ever surfaced.
The intrigue does not stop there. In 2012, when Marshall visited Pinal and spoke to his contacts, Evergreen was
in negotiations to sell its facility as part of the Pinal Air Park was slated for return to county control and
development as a general aviation airport. Eventually, a company based in Rosslyn, in Arlington County,
Virginia, Relativity, LLC, negotiated with Evergreen for the sale of the maintenance and storage facility at
Pinal. Relativity then changed the name of the facility at Pinal from Evergreen to Marana Aerospace Solutions.
Marana Aerospace dropped the armed guards at the main entrance to Pinal but an ominous “U.S. Government
Property-Restricted Area” sign greets anyone trying to enter the area of the facility controlled by the company.
After visiting the Flightline Grill Restaurant, which is open to the public and where Marana Aerospace
employees dine for meals, a white Marana Aerospace security pickup truck followed this editor’s vehicle to the
main entrance of the facility. Only after the editor’s vehicle passed through the unmanned gate did the security
vehicle make a U-turn.
One of Relativity’s principal officers is Leslie Armitage, who is also a co-founder of The Carlyle Group-
Europe. Carlyle is a major investment company on whose board at the time of 9/11 was George H. W. Bush and
whose major investors included the Bin Laden family of Saudi Arabia. Carlyle is no stranger to the aviation
business, having invested in partnerships with Northrop Grumman and United Defense Industries.
The combination of the Carlyle Group, the CIA, drone aircraft capabilities, civilian jet aircraft, and the fact that
9/11 author and pilot Phil Marshall may have paid with his and his family’s lives for having this and possibly
additional information about these connections certainly calls for a re-examination of the circumstances behind
the 9/11 attacks and a new investigation by the state of California and the FBI into the death of Marshall and his
two children in January 2013.

Pinal Airpark, Marana, Arizona.
Its main purpose is to act as a “boneyard” for civilian commercial aircraft. Old airplanes are stored there
with the hope that the dry desert climate will mitigate any form of corrosion in case the aircraft is pressed
into service in the future. It is the largest commercial aircraft storage and heavy maintenance facility in the
world. Even so, many aircraft which are brought there wind up being scrapped. Nearby the 309th Aerospace
Maintenance and Regeneration Group at Davis-Monthan Air Force Base provides the same service to the U.S.
government.

Vatic Note: What is our government doing investing jointly with Rothschild in black ops investments that are
contracted to do intentional harm to humans on this planet? Am I wrong, but isn't that illegal??? I know its
criminal, but isn't it also a Conflict of Interest?
What this below proves to me, is that the CIA, Rothschild, CFR, and all Corporate investors in these planes are
our “Shadow Government”. What we need is legislation literally naming the CFR members, ex members etc
from holding any position of authority within the US Government or any position for that matter.
In fact, now that I think about it, our congress must be totally purged of any individual with any affiliation of any
kind with any foreign nation, military Industrial complex company, international banks, and any “private”
committee, Commission, group AND it must be made illegal for any elected or appointed official to attend such
private group meetings that discuss public policy.
They should be able to give speeches there, but not stay and participate in any strategy that involves plans for
manipulating our government. If they do, then this must be added as treason for any public official to attend,
either elected or appointment.
How do we handle this ? We arrest every board of directors members, all CEO's etc that agree in contracting with
the US Government or any private group that engages in attempted murder or even felony battery with the intent
to harm Americans. If there is a pattern of such behavior by these private companies, then we go after their
owners and chief operating and finance Officers for treason and seek the death penalty.
Such acts by these private individuals is criminal at best and treason at worst since these are acts of an
“Undeclared War” against the citizens of this nation they are suppose to and have sworn to serve, protect and
defend. I am surprised we have not done this sooner. Regardless, its time to do it now since they are clearly
starting to bring the hammer down.

Intermountain Airlines, also known as
Intermountain Aviation and Intermountain Airways, was a Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) airline front company.

On Mar 28, 2013, Navy SEAL SCPO Brett Shadle was killed during parachute training here and another SEAL was

those who do not know, many researchers believe that Evergreen Air is a CIA front company for chemtrail

whistleblower provided the Intel Hub staff with documentation to prove his employment at the facility
located in Pinal County Arizona.

On Feb 18, 2010 Shepard from The Intel Hub interviewed a whistleblower who claimed he was employed by a
private contractor at an Evergreen Air facility. The information he provided, if true, was mind blowing. Never
before had a whistleblower came forward about this top secret facility located in the Arizona desert north of
Tucson. In the interview the whistleblower described how the facility is heavily secured by well armed personnel.
During his time at the facility the whistleblower claimed that he was involved in retro fitting 727 and 747-c
aircraft with liquid discharge tanks and aerosol sprayer devices. He has also confirmed reports of triangular black
jets at the facility during his time there in the early 1990’s.
It is also important to note that the facility owns fully functional war birds that have been fully restored from
WWII, with all of the weapon systems and bomb bay doors operable.
This type of craft is not authorized by civilian, public or private use within the U.S. This would indicate that
Evergreen Air is indeed a CIA operation.
Note: Audio of the interview is currently unavailable due to the pressure the whistleblower received although
the audio was at one time on the internet and heard by thousands.
There is no way that we can 100% confirm his story but when it is put together in conjunction with other
evidence a clear picture is painted.

I had earlier looked at the U.S. Forest Service’s operations at the Pinal Air Park, Marana, Arizona and found that
there was a cooperative deal between the Forest Service/Government and Evergreen Airwhere the Forest
Service/Government allowed Evergreen to develop, under contract, the Evergreen Supertanker in exchange for
allowing the planes to be used for Government Contracts during non-peak fire season. Well, I found that in
March 2007 Evergreen discontinued their Supertanker program very abruptly. Several links will give you some
of the background of the program that was being developed for fighting western wildfires.

Last night 12/18/06 on the Factor host Bill O’Reilly did a segment
attacking retired newsman Dan Rather for comments about the White House and FOX News having a “different”
