INSULATION ADHESIVES

OlyBond500® is a two-component polyurethane low-rise foam adhesive used to adhere a variety of board stocks to most roof substrates or other insulation boards. Supplied in a bag-in-box for use with the PaceCart 2® application equipment.

• No thermal shorts caused by fasteners.• Chemical cure results in faster set-up time.• No pre-drilling into concrete. • Rapid application and strengthens system. • Helps to reduce reroofing and construction noise. • Lightweight and portable.• Contains no HCFCs and has low VOCs.

OlyBond500® Spot Shot (28-oz. tube) is a two-component polyurethane low-rise foam adhesive used to adhere a variety of board stocks to most roof substrates or other insulation boards. The tube set comes in a disposable cartridge to be used with the Spot Shot Application Gun.

LRF Adhesive M is a two-part, VOC-free, fast-set polyurethane foam adhesive used for single-ply fleece-back membranes, most insulation, and substrates. This adhesive is applied on the substrate only.

• Replaces fasteners and minimizes excessive deck penetrations.• Low-rise foam that accommodates minor surface irregularities.• Solvent free, VOC free, and low odor.

GAF TPO LRF Adhesive M Low Temp is a two-component, VOC-free, low-rise polyurethane foam adhesive that contains no solvents and can be used to adhere both insulation boards and TPO fleece-back membrane in temperatures ranging from 25°F (-3.9° C) to 60°F (15.6°C).

• Replaces fasteners and minimizes excessive deck penetrations.• Low rise foam that accommodates minor surface irregularities.• Solvent free, VOC free, and low odor.

GAF 2-Part Roofing Adhesive is a low-rise‚ two-component polyurethane adhesive designed to adhere a variety of insulation board stock to various roof base substrates in both new and reroof applications.

SINGLE-PLY ADHESIVES

EverGuard® Low VOC TPO Bonding Adhesive is a contact-type bonding adhesive specially designed for bonding single-ply TPO roofing membranes and flashings to various roofing substrates.

• Low VOC (<250 g/L). • Approximately 6 square coverage per 5-gallon container.

EverGuard® TPO 3 Square Low VOC Bonding Adhesive is a contact-type bonding adhesive specially designed for bonding single-ply TPO roofing membranes and flashing to various roof substrates.

• Low VOC (<250 g/L). • Approximately 3 square coverage per 5-gallon container.

EverGuard® SBA 1121 TPO Bonding Adhesive is a solvent-based rubberized adhesive designed for use with TPO-based membranes.

• Fast-drying solvent system. • Easy application using roller, brush, or spray.

EverGuard® PVC Bonding Adhesive is a contact-type bonding adhesive specially designed for bonding PVC single-ply roofing membranes and flashings to various roofing substrates.

EverGuard® WB181 TPO Bonding Adhesive is a water-based adhesive designed for bonding both smooth and fleece-back TPO roofing membranes to various substrates.

• Compatible with concrete, masonry, metal, and wood flashing substrates.

LRF Adhesive O is a two-part polyurethane foam adhesive used for single-ply fleece-back membranes. This adhesive is applied on the substrate only.
