Who is an English Learner?
The Official definition: “…a student who does not speak English or whose native language is not English and who is not currently able to perform ordinary classroom work in English.”

How long does it take?
K-1: ~15-30 minutes per domain (2) – Speaking is given individually, listening as a group
2-12: speaking is given individually & takes ~10 minutes. Listening, reading, & writing are given as a group and take ~2 hours to complete
