Assessment?

» Trained facilitator with over 20 years

experience. The assessment is competency-based giving the maximum possibility of success to those with a true desire to learn and enter into the heart of POWER YOGA.

• You will not be assessed on your physical capacity, but on your understanding of the yogic life and how to inspire that in others.

• More specific guidelines of expectations and outcomes are given during your modules and your personal interactions.
