EVTEKS 2022 will host the Designist Special Area, one of the world's most important international platforms for home textile designers. A coffee break area and catering services will create a comfortable environment for the designers to host their customers where they will present their creations. There will also be Publishers and Retail Servicers in the Designist Special Area which will add a completely different color to the exhibition that already has a brand new image!

EVTEKS 2019 presented new sections for design & technologies, wall coverings and home textiles trends.

World-famous trendsetters, domestic and foreign designers spoke at the seminars in the exhibition where designer Bahar Korçan and her team determined the fashion and trend theme. The home textile designs for the new season created by this team were exhibited for the first time at EVTEKS.

Products driving their inspiration from nature, the history of home textiles and design were magnificently presented, capturing the attention of participants.

This is our third time here. I’ve spoken with our companies and they think EVTEKS, this year, is much better than last year. EVTEKS is an important exhibition in the world. Our companies are happy and they will continue coming to EVTEKS. We had visitors from Iran, Switzerland, Turkey and some other countries. Turkish visitors are mainly exhibitors who are also producers and they think Portugal has different quality products.

The product variety also stood out. The majority of our visitors were from the Arab countries, but we also had visitors from the Balkans and Russia.

AĞAOĞLU TEKSTİLCUMHUR BANDAKÇIOĞLU We congratulate CNR on the 25th anniversary of EVTEKS, and we wish the exhibition would celebrate many more 25 years. EVTEKS is the apple of Turkey's eye. As always, it maintains its high quality. We had many visitors from neighbouring countries. We are pleased and we will certainly participate next year.

The exhibitors and visitors spent five days examining new products created in line with the latest trends while enjoying live music befitting the concept in the Trend Area exclusively prepared by Bahar Korçan’s team and CNR Holding Event Team.

The world's leading designers, including Ilaria Bianchi Ilaria Bianchi from Italy, Maria Laura Sainz from Spain, Milou Ket from Germany and Sanne Schuurman from the Netherlands were among the speakers at the EVTEKS seminars where tips and clues for the upcoming season trends are shared every year.

Having organized more than 1.500 international exhibitions since the day it was established and become a global brand, CNR Holding keeps bringing together manufacturers, suppliers, buyers, and distributors from 5 continents atIstanbul Expo Center through more than 50 exhibitions held annually and adding value to the Turkish trade fair industry.

Activities to renew and modernize our halls continue non-stop in the World Trade Center Istanbul, where EVTEKS will take place in November 2022.

NEWEST, MOST MODERN AND EFFICIENT TRADE PLATFORM

MEASURES TAKEN UNDER THIS SCOPE• Companies that serve exhibitors for their needs such as stand assembly, catering, security shall be imposed with new accreditation conditions.Subcontractors that work in uncontrolled and incautious manners and ignore the employee and community health rules shall not be granted any work permit.• Body temperatures of visitors shall be checked at exhibition entrances and people showing symptoms shall be placed under health surveillance.• Exhibition entrances shall be open only for professionals. Visitors under the age of 15 and not wearing any masks shall not be allowed to enter the exhibition venue.• Exhibition invitations shall not be distributed so that unrelated people cannot visit the exhibition.• Entrance and exit points of exhibitions shall be reorganized to avoid density.• The number of people in the exhibition area in the same period of time shall be restricted (1 visitor on the 10 square meter area on average).• Social distance rules shall be followed in order to avoid excessive density.• Distances between tables shall be minded at food courts.• Emergency Health Service points shall be set and the number of ambulance vehicles shall be increased.• Disinfectant automats shall be placed at exhibition entrance-exit points, food courts, toilets, and resting points.• External air shall be used in ventilation systems and the air inside shall be kept clean permanently.

NECESSARY MEASURES ARE TAKEN FOR THE POST COVID-19During the post COVID-19 normalization era, CNR Holding, which supports industries and proceeds to restructure the economy, will make new arrangements in accordance with the criteria determined by UFI - The Global Association of the Exhibition Industry and the Turkish government concerning the health of exhibitors and visitors in organizing exhibitions for the post COVID-19 pandemic.

Aiming to secure buyer traffic for exhibitions and remove potential risks, CNR Holding will initiate a series of measures at all the national and international exhibitions to be organized based on the activities that UFI - The Global Association of the Exhibition Industry performs all over the world and considering the facts of Turkey.
