SALES POLICY

Merchandise in this catalog is available through sporting goods dealers. For the name of the nearest dealer, contact your Bike Athletic representative, visit our web site www.bikeathletic.com or write to:

SHIPPING POLICY

Upon request Bike Athletic will drop ship merchan-dise to schools and institutional accounts within the dealer’s service territory. Bike Athletic will not drop ship to another dealer or outside dealer’s service area.

SAME DAY SHIPPING POLICY

Orders received by 2:00 p.m. for products that are available will ship the same day. Orders received after 2:00 p.m. for products that are available will ship the next business day. LTL shipments cannot ship the same day but will ship the next day.

DELIVERY

Each order is acknowledged with an anticipated ship date determined by the amount of work in process. This ship date is anticipated but not guaranteed.

BACKORDER POLICY

While rare, back orders can occur. If back orders occur, they will remain open for 30 days unless there is an extension from you, the customer.

TERMS

Dealers with established credit will receive terms of Net 30 days, FOB Factory, unless otherwise agreed. Discounts shown as terms apply only when you pay your invoices according to terms.

ORDER CHANGES

Bike Athletic cannot accept changes and cancel-lations after production has begun. Review the acknowledgement of order promptly. Send written notice of any change or cancellation to Bike Athletic within 10 working days after receiving your acknowledgement. Bike Athletic will send written confirmation of any order change or cancellation.

RETURNS

Bike Athletic cannot accept return shipments for credit unless return merchandise is clean and the return goods’ authorization label or return goods number is on the shipment. Request re-turn goods authorization within 30 days from receipt of the shipment. We apply a 10% restocking charge to all accommodation returns.

Your Bike Athletic representative can settle claims for damaged or defective merchandise when he visits your store. Ask for details.

CLAIMS FOR SHORTAGES, PACKING ERRORS, AND DAMAGED MERCHANDISE

We inspect all shipments carefully and are not responsible for loss or damage during shipment. Notify the delivering carrier of concealed in-case shortages immediately. File all claims with the car-rier as required.

If you need help, contact your Bike Athletic Cus-tomer Service Representative immediately. Claims filed after cut-off dates will be disallowed.
