( c) Click equal to, type 0 Click - Format Font - Choose Font Colour White Border - Choose : None Pattern - Choose White, Click OK

Part 1 - How To Create Step 2: (a ) Exampales of Formulae onto required CellsC3: =IF(OR(C21>=10,C21<0),0,IF(AND(C21>=9),1,0))C5: =IF(OR(C21>=10,C21<0),0,IF(AND(C21>=8),1,0))C7: =IF(OR(C21>=10,C21<0),0,IF(AND(C21>=7),1,0))C9: =IF(OR(C21>=10,C21<0),0,IF(AND(C21>=6),1,0))C11: =IF(OR(C21>=10,C21<0),0,IF(AND(C21>=5),1,0))C13: =IF(OR(C21>=10,C21<0),0,IF(AND(C21>=4),1,0))C15: =IF(OR(C21>=10,C21<0),0,IF(AND(C21>=3),1,0))C17: =IF(OR(C21>=10,C21<0),0,IF(AND(C21>=2),1,0))C19: =IF(OR(C21>=10,C21<0),0,IF(AND(C21>=1),1,0))

( b) Patiently, put appropriate formula onto other Cells by clicking fx

fx function IF(), In Funtion Arguments, Logical_test : OR(C21>=10,C21<0) Value_if_true : Type 0 Value_if_false: Type IF(AND(C21>=9),1,0))

Click sell C2, click fx, than Click IFWe get this Funtion Arguments.

fx function IF(), In Funtion Arguments, Logical_test : OR(C21>=10,C21<0) Value_if_true : Type 0 Value_if_false: Type IF(AND(C21>=9),1,0))

Click sell C2, click fx, than Click IFWe get this Funtion Arguments.

DEFINITION, Logical_test : OR(C21>=10,C21<0) - To specify the value ranges Value_if_true : 0 If Negative (-1,-3) and More than 10 inserted, then the value of cell C3 is 0 - nothing can be seen Value_if_false: Type IF(AND(C21>=9),1,0)). If Negative digit inserted is 9, the value of cell C3 become 1 The Caoloured pattern appears. Otherwise, it become 0

Later, to make the formula safe,, Highlight these formula and pres F4 key, Click OK or ENTER

Lastly, Protect the sheet ( Place Value ) Step 1 (a) - Hightlight All Coloumn of whole page. Click Format, ( cell technique 1 ) (b) - Click Protection Mark [√ ] Lock Click OK
