    In corporate gifting, organizations itself are the consumers as they are having different

    products requirement according to their requirements and nature of the business they are

    operating. So, corporate gifting organizations must have different types of products

    according to the need and purpose.

    Selecting Target Market:

    Target Market will be every sector in which companies are operating i.e. manufacturing and

    service providers etc. as every company is doing corporate gifting.

    Company has two distinct groups of customers, individuals and corporate

    customers:

    1. Individuals- The individuals are people who are looking to give a friend, relative,colleague, etc., a gift basket as a gesture of goodwill. These customers typically do not

    Product Strategy:

    Pricing Strategy:

    Pricing should be VARIED ACCORDING TO THE FEATURES OF THE PRODUCT AND margins

    are given on the basis of quantity of the product ordered and travelling expenses if inside

    the working territory then it will be borne by the company and if outside then borne by the

    client plus 15 % vat.

    1st round interview will be taken by Hr

    2nd round G.D.

    Training & Development Plan:

    Training will be given to fresher for 10 days as induction and 20 days for learning their

    experience and 6 months of probation and after every 1 year of completion they will get
