Information is a crucial factor in national development, and the ability to use information tools is

considered a source of power (Bordbar, n.d.). In the 21st century governments must recognize this needfor information use and literacy as a means of development (Noruzi, 2006). Librarians and informationexperts play a key role development. The cooperation and assistance of librarians is a basis for anymovement to gain development. By this cooperation and the provision of useful information ineconomic, cultural, social and political contexts, development becomes possible (Bordbar, n.d.).

The essential role of librarians in providing access to information for development means that LIS departments must provide dynamic educational systems. This discusses the changes needed in LISeducation and the necessity of basic changes in the curricula in this field in Iran as a key factor innational development, including some guidelines for these objectives.

"Media is the most powerful tool of communication. It helps promoting the right things on right time. Itgives a real exposure to the mass audience about what is right or wrong. Even though media is linked with spreading fake news like a fire, but on the safe side, it helps a lot to inform us about the realities as well.

"The world is moving towards progress in every walk of life. But when we look towards societies, itfeels as if some thing is still missing. Money, power, lust, etc., is the wish of every human being to attain. But we can't deny this fact that we all are bounded with loads of social problems, which are hard nutsto crack. Social issues are matters which directly or indirectly affect many or all members of a societyand are considered to be problems, controversies related to moral values, or both. Social issues includepoverty, violence, corruption, bribery, suppression of human rights, discrimination, and crime, killingin the name of honor, etc.

Vocational Education refers to a system or course of study which prepares individuals for jobs that are based on manual orpractical activities. Vocational Education is traditionally non-academic in nature and is totally related to a specific trade, occupation or vocation. Because it is Vocation based, it is called Vocational Education. Until recently i.e until the end of the

twentieth century, the aim of vocational education was to focus on specific trades such as automobile mechanic or welder, and was therefore associated with the activities of lower social classes. Because of this it attracted a level of stigma. Vocationaleducation in fact is closely related to the age-old apprenticeship system of learning.

But with the development of economies worldwide, the labour market became more specialized. Demand of higher levels ofskill both in government and business sector started increasing. This lead to the further development of vocational educationthrough publicly funded training organizations and subsidized apprenticeship or traineeship initiatives for businesses. At thepost-secondary level vocational education is typically provided by an institute of technology, or by a local communitycollege. Vocational education has also diversified over the 20th century. Demand for Vocational Professionals is requiredmore than ever in various industries such as retail, tourism, information technology, funeral services and cosmetics, as well asin the traditional crafts and cottage industries.

The higher secondary vocationalisationprogramme aims to develop skilledmanpower through diversified coursesto meet the requirements of mainly theunorganised sector and to preparepeople for the world of work in generalthrough a large number of selfemployment oriented courses, notp r e c l u d i ng wa g e e m p l o y m e n torientation of many courses. Through diversi fication into product ion andservice oriented courses, it is desired toreduce the aimless pursuit of highereducation and thereby reduce pressurefrom the tertiary education. 15

There is an increasing realisation on the importance of paramedical personnel in the health sector, especially inaccident and trauma care. Paramedics are a boon to nursing homes and a dream for students, who have notbeen able to become full-fledged medical professionals. Health care delivery systems are undergoing rapid

changes and the demand for ski lled paramedical personnel is on the rise.

Almost all the diagnostic procedures are carried out by the paramedical staff and they have emerged a vital cog inthe wheel of the health care delivery system. The population explosion coupled with the mushrooming of privateand corporate hospitals has provided numerous opportunities for skilled paramedics. Now, what’s important is to know more about such ‘Professionals’ who do a Blood Test or a massage or atherapy and aid the doctor for better treatment of the patient & hence make health care easy and effective. These

     Professionals are called as “Paramedics.”

The term fashion though is new to many; literally speaking fashion came into being withthe advent of human being in this world. Adam and Eve covered themselves with figleaves though at that time they had no concept of modesty. Ornamentation and

adornment thus had always been a strong force behind clothing. Later civilizations seek different ways to adorn themselves. People of Stone Age tattooed their bodies, used leavesand twigs to cover their naked bodies. Pharaohs on the other hand loved to display their

wealth by clothing in most extravagant ways. They wore wigs, painted their bodies, andembalmed their dead in most beautiful clothes.

No body can deny the influence of fashion. Each of us is constantly affected by fashion inone or other way. Print media and electronic media are most important in shaping our lifestyles. Even those

who are anti-fashionionists are part of the fashion world in their own way. They are making their own fashionstatements. As Cecil Beaton said that “truly fashionable are beyond fashion.”

    theRisk

Risk management ensures that an organization identifies and understands the risks to which it isexposed. Risk management also guarantees that the organization creates and implements an effectiveplan to prevent losses or reduce the impact if a loss occurs.

A risk management plan includes strategies and techniques for recognizing and confronting thesethreats. Good risk management doesn’t have to be expensive or time consuming; it may be asuncomplicated as answering these three questions:

What can go wrong? What will we do, both to prevent the harm from occurring and in response to the harm or loss?If something happens, how will we pay for it?

In recent years, the term hospitality has become increasingly popular and may be interpreted ina number of ways whether it is commercial or industrial and public services. King in his book describe the hospitality may having four attributes which is must have a relationship betweenindividuals who take the roles of host or guest, this relationship may be commercial or private(social), the keys to successful hospitality in both the commercial and private includeknowledge of what would evoke pleasure in the guest and hospitality as a process thatincludes arrival, providing comfort and fulfillment of guest’s wishes, and departure. Tourismindustries are not same as the other industry. It is because we provide the services to thecustomer besides some of the other industries provide the tangible product. Thus, hospitalityand tourism can not be separated since hospitality is the key success to the tourism industry. The following paragraph will discuss about the importance of hospitality toward tourismindustry.

For example, as an aerospace engineer you have the chance of developing cryogenics technology needed for the country to makeadvances in the space research, as a Civil Engineer you have the opportunity of developingearth quake resistant houses and as an electrical engineer the challenge lies in developingsuperconductors. The list is endless.

In a similar fashion every stream of engineering has loads of such opportunities andchallenges.
