Parents are expected to accompany their student to help complete all paperwork and pay fees.
Allow 90 minutes for entire registration process.

Make up day is scheduled for August 3, 8:30-1:30 pm. Uniform & Shoe Fitting
All students will be fitted for a uniform. Marching Shoes will be fitted for those in need. Band Fees
75% of Band Fees are due by August 3.
100% are due by Sept. 1.
Fees not paid by due dates and/or a payment agree-ment not created could result in a loss of performance privilege.

Individual Band Pictures
Due to schedule conflicts make-up pics will be Friday , August 2 during the first hour of band rehearsal.
Students will take two individual pictures: one with instrument and one in front of green screen for compo-site.
Pictures are available for purchase from McCoys.
Students must attend June 8 to be in composite pic.
These photos will be converted into posters and dis-played around town at area businesses during the Fall Marching Season, so don’t miss this opportunity!
Band Forms
Information, Handbook, Medical Release, UIL 8 hour rule, and other forms can be completed during the reg-istration process.
Concessions Credit Opportunity:
Parents/guardians/students can earn up to $80 total (max) in credit towards band fees by working at Con-cessions.
Varsity games=$40 per game (max 2 games);
JV/9th/JH games=$20 per night (max 4 nights)
Game/night sign-ups are available online.
