DYNA Fairing Mount CV7276 Fits Dyna 06-10 All Models with 49 mm forks tubes EXCEPT FXDWG & FXDF Note: Inner, Outer Fairing and Radio Caddy must be purchased separately. ALL FIBERGLASS PARTS MUST BE PREFITTED BEFORE PAINTING. CYCLE VISIONS IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE COST OF PAINTING. Parts Included: 1-5/16 Flat Washer 1-Bottom Support 1-5/16-18 x 1 Cap Screw 1- Fairing Mount Plate 10-5/16-18 x 3/4” Button Head Alloy 2- Side Plate (LH & RH) 5-5/16-18 Flange Nuts 2- Support Plates (Upper & Lower) 1- 5/16-18 x 4 ½ Bolt 2-5 inch foam tape 4-5/16-18 x 1” Chrome Button Head 1. Remove seat. 2. Remove gas tank bolts. Disconnect fuel line and slide gas tank back. 3. Remove headlight and extend wires 10”. 4. Remove electrical harness shield (HD Part # 70427-06) from bottom of the backbone and discard. 5. Disassemble Fairing bracket and install the left and right side plates through the triple trees and temporarily hold in place with the 5/16-18 x 4 ½ bolt through the gas tank mounting bracket. See Fig 1 6. Install the left and right side plates using 2-5/16 x ¾” Alloy Button head bolt into the existing hole vacated by the electrical harness shield. See Fig 2 & 3. Torque to 35 foot-pounds. 7. Remove the 4 ½ bolt and reinstall gas tank with the 4 ½ bolt in front and the stock bolt in the rear. 8. Install the top and bottom fairing support brackets with the 5/16-18 x ¾ button head bolts ensuring that the headlight wiring extends between the brackets. See Fig 4 & 5. 9. Install the face plate and route the wires through the hole in the face plate. See Fig 6. 10. Install the inner fairing and radio caddy using 4-5/16-18 x 1” Chrome button head bolts and nuts. Install the enclosed foam tape on the leading edge of the radio caddy. See Fig 7. 11. Install the lower support bracket. 12. Install the outer fairing. 13. Install bottom fairing support bracket by installing the 4-5/16-18 button head alloy side bolts through the fairing and one through the center bracket loosely. 14.     1. Remove seat. 2. Remove gas tank bolts. Disconnect fuel line and slide gas tank back. 3. Remove headlight and extend wires 10”. 4. If you find that your parts arrived in damaged conditional all original packaging material (box and other materials) must be saved to make a proper damage claim within seven (7) days. You must be able to present the damaged boxes and materials to the freight carrier to verify your claim.
