before the delivery of the original documents, with the

accounts of companies or individuals for non-residents, without any presentation at the

counter of the bank for the opening of the current account, only through our channel, where

Dear Sirs,

showing proof of founds and not paying pre advice.

In the case you are interested, this is our procedure:

• SBLC up to 500MLN

• Lease 9%+ 2%

1. Receiver and Provider complete and sign this Agreement &

making it a legally binding commercial contract.

2. Provider’s Issuing Bank will then send SWIFT MT799 pre-

advice within 3 banking days (SWIFT copy provided by

Provider for faster tracing by Receiver via email).

3. Within 3 banking days, Receiving Bank responds with

SWIFT MT799 Bank Payment Undertaking (BPU) to

Provider’s designated/nominated bank coordinates (SWIFT

copy provided by Receiver for faster tracing by Provider via email).

4. Within 3 banking days, Provider’s Issuing Bank delivers SBLC via SWIFT MT760 to

Receiving Bank (SWIFT copy provided by Provider for faster tracing by Receiver via email).

5. Within three (3) banking days, after authentication of the SBLC SWIFT MT760, the

Receiving bank shall send full payment to the Provider’s nominated bank coordinates via

SWIFT MT103/202. Simultaneously, Receiver shall pay 2% consultancy fees via SWIFT

MT103/202 as per IFPA (which is an integral part of this Agreement). Receiver shall supply

courtesy copies of the SWIFT MT103/202 payments for the respective beneficiaries

6. Within seven (7) banking days after authentication of receipt of payment to the Provider,

the Provider’s SBLC Issuing Bank shall send the hard copy of the SBLC to the Receiver’s

Bank via Bank Bonded Courier.

7. All subsequent tranches will be based on the same procedures until collateral or funds

become exhausted.

8. Any unauthorized calls by any party or its representative lawyers to probe or communicate

in an improper way to bank(s) in this transaction shall be prohibited and contract terminated.

IMPORT/EXPORT
