He visits schools and community organizations educating them about fire safety. He is also an Arson Investigator, Firearms Instructor and Tactical Paramedic for the Regional SWAT Team. Captain Herrod informed us that the Sugar Land Fire Department will inspect your home for fire hazards and install smoke detectors and batteries if needed — for free. District Attorney John Healy spoke to members about his partnership with, CASA, CAC, CFPS, case workers, counselors and police to help stop child abuse. The new Child Advocates of Fort Bend building, 5403 Avenue N, Rosenberg, TX houses all of the above agencies who collaborate in providing a voice for abused and neglected children, healing the hurt and stopping the cycle of abuse. www.cafb.org Please join us for a tour of the building this Thursday, October 18th at 6:00 pm and hear how this amazing partnership works. The tour will be followed by wine and appetizers provided by the ECSL Child Abuse Prevention Committee. were in attendance to support him. Wenyang scored a perfect 36/36 on his ACT!

was presented by Jim Miller. Nathaly was accompanied by her parents Sonia and Nilton,

her sisters Julie and Samantha, as well as her teacher, Ms. Edwards.
