Applying for Duty Free TP

Login with L32 user or Dealer & access ‘Duty Free TP ‘ Functionality.

Select ‘Upload Green Bill’ from drop down.

Applying for Duty Free TP On selecting Upload Green Bill option Green Bill Details page appears for the user to fill in the details.

Fill the details and click on save. User can add multiple rows. (Expiry Date is only mandatory in case of Beer) >Here Available quantity would be same as Issued quantity in green bill >For the unregistered brands, enter their details by clicking on ‘Add Other Product Details’

After the details have been saved a screen with “Application Saved Successfully against the Green Bill” will come with the Green Number

After adding the Green Bill details. User will navigate to Duty Free Transport PermitApply

Applying for Duty Free TP

A screen appears for the user to fill the details corresponding to the details entered in the Green Bill and Form 10. When the user has filled all the details he will click on Submit. After successful submission of the Application a DFO number will be generated. Note: In Applying one Duty Free TP there will be only one Form 10 Number.
