The objective of this course is to expose participants to Robot programming, important concepts of robots and popular applications like handling tool, arc tool and spot tool which are widely used in the industries.

As you are aware, robots play a vital role in a variety of industrial applications such as Material handling/Assembling, Arc welding, Spot welding, Painting, Deburring, Plasma cutting etc. to name a few. Day1 930~1000 : Fanuc Video with details of Product line up & Manufacturing facilities 1000~1100 : Introduction to types of Robots, Selection criteria, Safety instructions, 1100~1200 : Explanation & Demo on parts of Robot and Controller with block diagrams 1230~1400 : Explanation on Joint & world Frames and moving the robot using these frames 1400~1630 : Explanation & Demo Robot teaching with Joint, Linear and circular motions Day2 930~1030 : Set up User Frame and Tool Frame and demo 1030~1200 : Explanation and demo on frequently used instructions in Robot programming 1230~1400 : Explanation and demo on inputs/outputs used and related instructions 1400~1630 : Explanation and demo on data backup and Robot mastering Day3 930~1030 : Explanation and demo on Grippers and related features 1030~1200 : Explanation & demo on Arc welding process and Arc instructions 1230~1430 : Explanation & demo on Spot welding process and Spot instructions 1430~1500 : Visit to show room & service facility 1500~1630 : Q & A session, Awarding of participation Certificate (Tea break 950~1000 & 1450~1500; Lunch break 1200~1230)
