Hemant Shrimali, (MPEFB - Batch 10)Director, Shrimali Realty Pvt ltd“The MPEFB has been one of the most rejuvenating experiences of my life. The curriculum proffers the entire gamut of topics relevant to the local markets. The course content is diverse and also covers the niche subjects inter alia. Not to forget the venerated faculty members and their seamless contribution towards the program. Environ en bloc has its own microcosmic charm which makes the learning experience fulfilling and conducive.”

JS Krishna, (AeMBA - Batch 1)Captain, jet Airways (I) ltdThe AeMBA program being run jointly by IIM Bangalore and TBS, Toulouse has brought together an interesting partnership of education systems, culture and values that enhance the appeal of such a course. As a student of the first batch, I have benefitted not only on the formal education process that has been imparted in the classroom but also in the interactions with experts from within and outside my industry. This program, the first in India has enabled me to add value not only in the operations area of an airline, of which I have been a part of for more than two decades, but also in the other verticals of the airline and related business.

Joydeep, (IMP - Batch 1)Vice President - HR, Admin & Purchase Assystem Technologies India“A must attend program for senior management resources who are looking at a holistic shared learning experience for reenergising organisations.”

Ms Lincy Therattil, (AMP - Batch 11)“Globalization is here to stay. Although we constantly are bombarded with news about the US economy, another important market – the Europe, is often missed out. Our international immersion with HEC Paris, a globally recognized management university, brought to the forefront how European Union as a combined entity exerts significant influence on the global economy. Several industry visits in Paris helped us to appreciate Europe’s contributions to global economy and also France’s technical prowess and innovation bent.”

Our students had an excellent experience at IIMB. The quality of the faculty on the program was outstanding and the faculty engaged well with our students and offered extra time to meet with them to answer any questions. We really appreciate this level of interaction. The same is to be said regarding the people from the NSRCEl who went out of their way to assist our students with their group projects.

I look forward to working with you and IIMB again.

OVERVIEWThe Custom Programmes are tailor-made programmes for the executives drawn from a single organisation or a consortium.

As the participants for the programme are drawn from a single organisation, it presents an opportunity to deal with the issues in an open and transparent manner with the sole aim of finding a way forward.

APPROACHEvery organization has its unique set of business challenges and developmental needs. We partner with our client organizations to understand these needs and tailor solutions to address the same.

The starting point in a custom programme is the requirements study. We engage with the senior leaders from the organisation and few of the participants who are identified to undergo the programme, to draw up the learning needs and objectives of the programmes. The detailed design flows from the learning needs analysis.

The various aspects of the custom programme - the conceptual frameworks, business cases, Action learning Projects (AlPs), assignments, group exercises, role-plays, project work, business simulation games, practitioner/expert/industry connects, pre-dinner talks and social events - are tailored to optimize the learning process, while leveraging the overall capability of the Institute for delivery.

A certificate of participation will be awarded by IIMB to participants on successful completion of the programme.

DURATIONShort-duration custom programmes:

• A minimum of 2 days in duration and can go up to a week or two.

Long-duration custom programmes:

• These programmes are customised variants of our “Open, Long-Duration Certificate Programmes” (LDPs). The Open lDPs comprise of 40 days of classroom learning delivered over a period of 9-12 months. The popular themes are General Management and Business Analytics. In the customised variant, the contents are contextualized to suit the needs of the organisation. The duration varies from 21 days to 40 days.

• The programmes can be delivered in a combination of on-campus or on-line sessions, leveraging technology. They can also be offered as a combination of learning phases within India and overseas, in partnership with acclaimed international schools.

BENEFITSThe programmes help our clients to build leadership capability from within the organization, enable retention and career development of their high-potential and/or high-performing employees, build crossfunctional linkages amongst their managerial cadre, improve people engagement etc.

TARGET AUDIENCEOur custom programmes are typically designed for executives and managers in senior and middle-level management, who typically are top-talent/ highperformers/high-potentials of our client organizations.
