We offer a variety of culinary selections to cater to your needs. Bellow is additional information

about the food symbols you will notice thorough out the catering menu. Should you have any

allergies please notify us so that we may accommodate you.

Vegetarian Choice Menu options that contain no meat or fish. May contain traces of dairy or egg.

Cage Free Egg Choice Produced by hens not confined to a battery cage. In Canada, over 26 million hens

are confined to small wire battery cages, stacked in tiers and lined up in rows inside

huge warehouse, unable to spread their wings or engage in other natural

behaviours.

Local Choice By choosing local we support the local community and reduce food miles traveled thus

reducing our carbon foot print.

Sustainable Seafood Choice By choosing sustainable seafood, we can rebuild depleted fish stocks and reduce

oceans pollution.

Fair Trade Coffee Choice Fair trade farming empowers farm workers to lift themselves out of poverty by investing

in their farms and communities, protecting the environment and developing the

business skills necessary to compete in the global marketplace. It is commonly

referenced when speaking about coffee but other products, (tea, herbs, cocoa,

sugar, rice, vanilla) are farmed too... Our Fair trade coffee is identified using the Fair

Trade Certified Label.
