Scope of Work:

CONSULTING SERVICES

Scope of Work: Consulting Services

The initial site supervision will carefully examine the location, existing floor conditions and the interior elements to determine the

best and cost effective options. During the first meeting, a full presentation on the Company Credentials will be offered, in addition

to showing proposed carpet styles, colours, material options and an initial production capacity towards actualizing the project

brief.

Market analysis will involve the technical specifications required for each project and the type of property. For example, hotel

operators require specific carpet technical information to be strictly adhered to. Similarly, the market analysis will detail designs

that are already being used in similar properties, supported by competitor analysis.

Feasibility options entail a projected budget according to the location and desired usage. Various locations such as corridors,

guestrooms, public areas and the back office will be reflected in these options. This is a continuation on market research with

developmental reviews discussed in detail. If more than one Architects or Consultant is involved in the project, a recommendation

on a scheduled work flow will be set forth to ensure that the scope of work is coordinated and no gaps are left in terms of roles

and responsibilities. Hence-forth, owners, stakeholders, investors and key project personnel will be represented. The Gallery-

Exclusive will assign a team to participate and consult in team meetings, workshops and presentations.

Careful on-site measurements will be conducted to determine the quantity of the project requirements. In this scenario, options on

carpet sizes, production limitations (if any), construction and overall carpet performance will be recommended. A development

concept review will be tabled to ensure adequate time management which will be allocated for each enquiry. The site

measurement will enable and facilitate a near accurate percentage of wastage required towards preparing a production capacity

and quotation proposal. This will be finalized upon final site measurements and in comparison with the Project working drawings

and floor plans (Auto Cad – 2d & 3d renderings)

Professional production capacity/quotation will be delivered by electronic mail within two (2) days from the first site meeting,

irrespective of the location of the project. The Gallery Exclusive unconditionally guarantees prompt and detailed quotations and

this is paramount towards creating a thorough understanding of the projects’ feasibility and success rate. The production capacity

proposal shall entail the following components:

Summary of the project requirements

Company ability and mission statement tailored towards each individual project and its relevant entities

Cross section of production options with strengths and benefits laid out for easy comparison

Product warranties, guarantees, certificates of origin and quality and ISO certifications of the production

Fire Rated Certificates

Material certificates

Table of contents – with detailed description of the production proposal and options (if needed)

Fully transparent pricing mechanism with no hidden costs or variable components that could otherwise affect the overall

project budget

Lead time – sampling and total production

Terms of trade – Terms of Payment

Scope of work

Respective roles and responsibilities of the parties involved

Project quotation summary

Validity of quotation – with official Company stamp

Personalized project liaison managers & or supervisors shall be assigned towards the project. Each project team will be authorized

ahead of time, to travel to various project locations either in Vietnam or overseas to attend to meetings and follow up on the

progress from time to time. Value is central to virtually all areas of a project and all decision making will include a collective effort

to ensure that the project brief is actualized.

Scope of Work:

Design Integration

Scope of Work: Design Integration

Full services include a rendering generating images from a 2d or 3d model with the aid of the top of the line CAD software. This

has become increasingly important in our scope of work as we’re able to present the client’s brief in a realistic manner. Our

dedicated design professionals provide advice on the interior and translate conceptual flooring designs into two or three

dimensional floor plans. They show our customers what every single room would look like, while our sales representatives closely

cooperate with the end-users, facility managers, architects and others to establish the most effective flooring plans for the

individual customer.

Ability to converge with The Gallery Exclusive will be a seamless experience. At the intersection of human, object and idea lies the

foundation of great design. The firm aims to study the relationship that designs can have in setting the tone of a given space. The

experience enables us to explore the emotional connection that transpires when colour and shape, design and styles, converge

with The Gallery Exclusive.

The creative process at The Gallery Exclusive is bursting with potential, where the collaboration between our in-house and

external design consultants from the manufacturing design team puts together unique and bespoke design carpets and rugs for

the residential, commercial and hospitality sectors. Prior to executing a “strike- off”, the creative process will develop design CAD’s

in relation to the product including Hand Tufted, Hand-Knotted, Axminster (Broadloom) and even Carpet Tiles. Each blueprint

generates colours that are unique and personalized.

Three options are always better than two! At The Gallery Exclusive, we believe in presenting at least 3 (three) options for each

design (Art Work). The process is relatively straight forward but requires some thought. The first step is to study the brief,

understand the technical requirements, budget, and lead-times and have a thorough knowledge of the creative intent. The brief is

then communicated back to the client via a visual concept board and this basically forms the basis of the work scope. The next

phase involves developing the CAD’s into hand trials.

In all projects, lead-times are one of the most crucial elements in determining the success of securing a contract. The Gallery

Exclusive’s production capacity is determined and committed to delivering each phase of work according to strictly monitored

lead times. According to the country of origin and type of production, the following shall be applied:-

COUNTRY OF ORIGIN PRODUCTION CREATIVE PROCESS – CAD’S TRACK RECORD CHINA HAND-TUFTED 3 – 5 DAYS 90% CHINA AXMINSTER 3 – 5 DAYS 90% CHINA CARPET TILES 5 DAYS 88% INDIA HAND – TUFTED 3 DAYS 95%

Within 2 days after the first meeting, each production capacity /quotation proposal will be tabled together with an indication of a

design brief. Subsequently, prompt responses to ratification work is essentially concentrated on in order to generate the design

CAD’s. (Art Work). At The Gallery Exclusive, we pride ourselves in being able to cater to as many changes that may be deemed

necessary in a timely fashion in order to satisfy the client’s brief.

Hand Tufted: One of the most innovative programs we have at The Gallery Exclusive is our ability to provide our clients with the

option of creating a custom hand-tufted carpet. Prior to confirming the total production, sampling is required. All our hand-tufted

samples can be delivered in two size options; 50 x 50cm to 1m x 1m.

T H E H A N D - T U F T E D P R O C E S S After the sample is approved and the order finalized, the next step of the production process is to see the design come to life, which starts by being transferred onto tracing paper. The tracing paper is then projected onto a stencil to the size of the rug that is to be manufactured, and cut. While the design stenciling is in process, the yarn is being skein dyed to match your approved colors. When the yarn is ready, the canvas stencil is stretched and secured onto a vertical frame where the technicians, using hand-held tufting guns to insert the yarn, color numbered placements onto the stencil. Your custom rug is now ready to be shipped and delivered to you.

At The Gallery Exclusive, we believe in delivering value and quality of the highest standards, unconditionally guaranteed. The

added benefits of selecting a hand-tufted carpet is as follows:-

No limitations to shape or size availability

No sampling fees charged – **as long as the design intent remains the same. However, should the client decide to change the

design direction altogether, a sampling fee of 5.00.000d shall be imposed for the revised work. Should The Gallery Exclusive be

awarded the total contract, the fees will be refunded to the total project. For the designs that remain consistent to the project

brief, The Gallery Exclusive shall commit to five (5) rounds of sampling free of charge. Anything beyond this shall be fee

payable at a lump-sum of 5.000.000d. Should The Gallery Exclusive be awarded the total contract, the fees will be refunded to

the total project.

Unlimited custom design possibilities

Intricate design detail

Variety of surface options and levels

Variety of finishing

No seams in the final product

Durability and longevity with a 15 year manufacturer’s and supplier’s warranty

Axminster: Sampling of an Axminster Carpet begins on a “Kibby Machine” where the selected colours and design intent are

produced in a 40 x 40cm sample.

A Kibby machine translates the design intent in a sample which will reflect the design colours and designs. The

standard pile height of a Kibby sample is 8mm – which is not the actual height of the final finished product.

Our commitment: We are proud of our heritage, our people and our designs. Quality in design and craftsmanship is guaranteed

unconditionally with every Axminster Carpet, each produced using our traditional methods and individually inspected.

Beauty in design: The Axminster Process

Axminster Carpets produce detailed designs for rugs and carpets

At The Gallery Exclusive’s production centers, one of the things that have always defined our woven carpets and rugs has been the

level of intricate detail we are able to put into our designs. This is due to the process that we use, weaving the yarn through a

quality back. A woven carpet or rug is made by threading each strand of yarn through the backing. This makes the resulting carpet

or rug highly durable and means we can use finer yarns, which in turn means more detail in design and colour. The resulting effect

in our finished carpets and rugs is like the difference between the picture quality on a standard TV and a high definition screen -

colours are sharper and design details are more defined.

Quality Every single Axminster Carpet we produce is meticulously hand inspected at each stage of the production process, from the wool

yarn to the finished carpet, to ensure it’s worthy of the Axminster Carpet name. We know that you would expect nothing less.

PRODUCTION OBSERVATIONS

All final quantities will be adjusted according to an approved weaving plan after confirming the intended design and signing off on

the final layout

To maintain the minimum order quantity of 300sqm, it is suggested that the relevant areas be applied with the same colour bank,

irrespective of design. Therefore to keep the production cost down, we recommend using the same design and colours for the

desired locations.

SAMPLING AND WEAVING PLAN:

Sampling, design and weaving plan will be implemented upon final selection of design based on a production of Axminster in a

pre-selected width. This will determine the final required quantity for the desired end locations – with final site measurements

implemented and confirmed

All final contract quantities will be adjusted upon approval of design and weaving plan including acceptance of wastage quantities.

All wastage quantities will be implemented into the unit price before production.

At The Gallery Exclusive, all our manufacturing capabilities are fully supported by world class industry standards and each batch

of production shall be accompanied with the relevant Certificates of Origin, Quality and Fire Rated Certifications. Each production

capacity/quotation shall be presented with the following format:-
