Company structure is decentralizing the decision process, with six regions, each region has a manager in each area:

Nowadays P&G in each country of operation, only has autonomy in decisions as regard as time of launch of a product and distribution channels, but main decision as releasing new products, product publicity, and so on.

The Core of the business is most emphasized on the R&D, though the Innovation and Consumer Understanding, for the Consumer Understanding the company has a really strength for researching the interests and preferences of the consumers, and innovating though different innovations centers in all over the world, connected with each other, joining with the most important PHD’s for researching.

P&G has focused in positioning their products as the best products on the market, though managing and concentrating their operations on the most profitable products.
