EXFLOW AXPARTNER TRAINING DAYS14 - 15th NOVEMBER 2016

During two full days we will put the spotlight on both ExFlow and Dynamics AX. All hands on sessions will be set in the new AX version. We will cover a wide scope including:

• Best practice in how to configure ExFlow• How to streamline ExFlow for matching invoices to

purchase orders and much more. • How to set up and run ExFlow projects.• How to set up approver rules using position

hierarchies and/or workflows in Dynamics AX.

This year, a lot of the sessions will be in workshop format with hands-on practice supported by our experts.

The main objective for this yearly event is to provide our partners with all the latest information, roadmaps and tools to run a smooth implementation of ExFlow AX for their clients.

LOCATIONThe event will take place at Hotel Birger Jarl, located at Tulegatan 2 in central Stockholm and easily accessible, by car, subway or bus.

COSTCost for participation is 2 500 SEK excl VAT. Accomodations are available at a discounted price for participants. All meals, including the dinner on Monday evening are included in the price.

CANCELLATION POLICYThe registration is binding. No-shows or cancellations after October 14th will be invoiced the full amount. If you are unavailable to attend, you are welcome to transfer your place to a colleague.

9.00 - 11.00 WELCOME & OVERVIEW Extended walk-through of ExFlow for Microsoft Dynamics AX. From scanning and interpretation of invoices via Readsoft, import to AX, pre-coding and setting approval routes, approval in web interface, final posting and as a result invoices ready for payment proposal.

10.15 - 12.00 EXFLOW PROJECTS How to implement ExFlow for Microsoft Dynamics AX Installation, workshop, project plans, test procedures, go live.

12.00 - 13.00 LUNCH

13.00 - 15.00 EXFLOW SETUP & CONFIGURATION Workshop Divided into two groups, depending on level of experience. We will go through the following topics: Technical Setup. Parameters & Configuration. General expense invoice process. VAT. Approval. Routing for cost invoices. Workflow & Position hierarchy setup.
