Electronic Form
• The new Exhibit C is an electronic form,
with fields and pull-down boxes,
designed to be filled in using a
computer and not filled out on paper.
IMPORTANT!
• The way you divide up the Exhibit C’s may change.
• There should be 1 Exhibit C for each type of construction.
Example:
• Ten mile transmission line with two miles of three-phase underbuild.
Old Way
• Exhibit C1 for the 10 miles of transmission line.
• Exhibit C1.1 for the 2 miles underbuild.
New Way
• Exhibit C1 for the 8 miles of transmission line without underbuild.
• Exhibit C2 for the 2 miles of transmission line with underbuild.
Filing in EFS
• Exhibit C1 should be filed in EFS as a single document.
• Exhibit C2 should also be filed in EFS as a separate and single document.
• Do not combine multiple Exhibit C’s into a single document for filing.
• Attachments, such as structure drawings, may be filed separately.
