Not quite ready to invest in a new display? Do you have more shows occurring at the same time than displays available? Look to our inventory to supplement your own. We will provide graphic specifications, electrical requirements, and set up instructions. Please look through our samples of portable exhibits and let us know how we can help you with your specific requirements.

We provide show coordination services for arranging carpet, electric, AV equipment, I&D, and round trip shipping coordination with your preferred carrier.

Custom Packaging and Crafting

“That exhibit looks great, but how will I get it to my show?” We move mountains for our clients. Details such as these are considered before an exhibit is even built. During the Structural Design phase, our designers plan ahead to ensure we can ship your exhibit in an efficient manner. Our shipping team regularly builds custom crates to meet the unique specifications of each client’s exhibit. Your exhibit can then be shipped directly to your tradeshow in pieces where it will be assembled by an experienced I&D crew. Packing exhibits using this method also allows for more cost-effective storage.

We have an entire warehouse dedicated to our storage clients. Our storage services include inspecting for damage, inventorying parts, cleaning displays, repairing damage and coordinating shipping.

Installation & Dismantle

Need help setting up your display at an upcoming show? Whether you have a 10 ft. portable booth or a large custom display, we can install or supervise installation of your display.

Graphic / Structural Design: Tim Nguyen and Jimmy Livengood are our talented, detail-oriented designers whose focuson function, simplicity, brand-consistency and user-friendliness will ensure the beauty, quality and durability of your display.

Our Founders: Joe and Della Maricich / President and CEO. In November 1976, EDC was founded under its original name, Joe Maricich Design, Consulting Design Firm, doing graphic and interior design, but specializing in custom trade show and interpretive exhibits. We incorporated in 1983 as Exhibit Design Consultants, Inc. when we found that we were working primarily with interpretive and trade show exhibit clients, and we decided

that our name should identify what we actually did. We opened our first showroom for portable displays in 1985, combining our custom design capabilities and portable display options at one location. In 1991, we were certified as a Woman-Owned Business, with Della Maricich as CEO. This enabled us to help some of our larger clients meet their minority-outsourcing needs. In 1994, we moved to our present location.
