The AOCS Annual Meeting continues the tradition of delivering superior networking opportunities, more than 500 technical presentations, and the popular Hot Topics Symposia.

Campus Format with a Traditional Twistl An alternative to the traditional exhibition hall, companies and sessions are grouped by interest area within

three unique campuses.

l In each campus, Industry Showcase representatives will be staged at stations in a common networking area just outside session rooms. Your representatives will have the freedom to attend sessions, present, and be more involved in committee and roundtable discussions.

l Regular breaks built into the session schedule will ensure plenty of opportunities for representatives to net-work with attendees one-on-one.

l End of the day “Happy Hours” will be hosted in each campus.

l Posters will be placed in campuses according to the interest area. Poster boards are located between the stations. Close proximity to the poster presentations means more opportunity to network.

l Do you do business across several interest areas? Take advantage of discounts when booking in multiple campuses.

l THE TRADITIONAL TWIST: Your showcase station is similar to a traditional 10' x 10' exhibition booth giving you the opportunity to display products/equipment and order the furniture and utilities to create your station the way you want it.
