INTRODUCTION

Nursing education has the advantage of having reality available source for actual life situation for providing students with rich leaving experiences in which to practice it is a vehicle that provide students with opportunity to translate theoretical knowledge into the leaving of a variety of intellectual and psychomotor skills needed

2DEFINITIONExhibition is a process where a department of the school or class puts up their work for showing it to the people outside the school.

The pieces of work done by the students for an exhibition are called exhibits.

ENVIROMENT CONCERNS OF EXHIBITIONS SPACE:

The main concern is light, relative humidity and temperature.

1.LIGHT: Light wave length, intensity and duration contribute collectively to the rate of material degradation in exhibition.-The intensity of visible light in the display space should be low enough to avoid object deterioration.2. RELATIVE HUMIDITY. The exhibition spaces relative humidity should be set to a value between 35% and 50%. Seasonal changes are also allowed.

CONT---. TEMPERATURE. For preservation purpose, cooler temperatures are also recommended.-The temperature display space should not exceed 72f(not below 45f)Requisites for exhibition:

1.The exhibition should have a Central theme with a few Subtheme to focus attention to a particular concept.2.The exhibits should be clean and labeled properly.3.The concepts of contrast in color and size should be used for lying out the exhibition.

CONT--4.The exhibits should be so Placed so that the most visitor can see them.5.As exhibition is meant to be seen, the place and the exhibits Should be well lighted. 6.To capture the interest and attention of visitors, both motion and sound should be utilized.

CONT.The exhibition should have Some exhibits with operative mechanism such as switches, handles, levers to observe some happenings.8.The exhibition must include a lot of demonstrations as they involve deeply the students and the visitors both.

CONT9.The exhibition should be able to relate various subjects area to provide integrated learning, eg. Existing health to issues and problems to create awareness to the public.

ADVANTAGES OF EXHIBITION1.Exhibition inspired the student to learn more by doing things them selves and they get a sense of involvement.

2.Exhibition give student a sense of accomplishment and achievement. 3.Exhibition develop social skills of communication, cooperation coordination. 104.Exhibition foster better school- community relations and make community member conscious about the school. 5.Exhibition diffuse and disseminated interesting new work among student.6.Exhibition couple information With pleasure. 7.Exhibition foster creativity among students. NOTE.There are certain points whichShould be kept in mind while organizing an exhibition in the school. It will be advisable that the exhibits should be prepared by the students themselves using readily available and low-cost material. Many times ,fund for the exhibition are a problem ,this can be over come by raising contribution and donations. The school can make use of classrooms, corridors and quadrangles for lying the exhibits All kinds of audio-visual material relevant to the theme of the exhibition must be displayed. Same points applied to collegesalso.Besides exhibitions on various science, social studies and language theme, there can be exhibition in flower arrangements, craft work and handicraft, art and painting, books, etc 7.
