emphasise on “one large image” rather than a ‘collage’ of images on one board

in this case the ‘collage’ effect is on the large wall itself

Page 6: Exhibition Research

each room has some form of installation that gives character to the ‘theme’ or ‘area of study’ that the room is exhibiting

Page 7: Exhibition Research

even though the photographs are taken in the morning, bright light truly brings out the items being displayed

room gives a sense of ‘what does our desk look like?’

IDEAwhat if each section in the end of year exhibition could display a ‘steriotipic’ desk

or workspace? For instance, a graphic designers’ desk would have a high end

computer, tablet, coffee/energy drink, magazines, maybe even some toys/

ornaments?

Page 8: Exhibition Research

emphasis on white walls, the ‘design’ is being exhibited and not the building - however, might not go down well with the current re-painting project that the school has just undergone

creating ‘walls’ to direct exhibition visitors throughout the space, without enclosing the space

everyone can exhibit their work withouth cluttering the exhibitied space

Page 11: Exhibition Research

particular focus on print - what if we could place our work on something other than ‘a desk’

exhibit deisgn and photos on different medium (eg books)

IDEAuse innovative means of

presenting our designs on something other than the standard (boring) display

boards - what if i can print my designs on book covers,

tshirs, etc?

Page 12: Exhibition Research

dividing the room in half using see-through stands that leave the room feeling large, withouth having to resort to placing desks in the middle of the space

Page 13: Exhibition Research

interesting take on display desks

may also add a dynamic element to the room which could attract visitors to truly look at the work one presents

heavy focus on a particular colour in the room, creates a striking effect in the room

Page 16: Exhibition Research

interact with the audience, make people want to touch some items!

makes the event more personal

‘event map’ in different locations throughout

the end of year exhibition
