About MAOPSThe Missouri Association of Osteopathic Physicians and Surgeons (MAOPS) is a professional membership organization for D.O.s who are experts in their respective fields, from family medicine to cutting-edge neurosurgery. MAOPS members work in some of the most prestigious universities, hospitals and private practices in the nation and are at the forefront of treating patients with a holistic approach that embraces all available medical and scientific tools to treat the entirety of an individual. D.O.s practice a unique approach to medicine, one that is becoming increasingly popular--its estimated one in five doctors will be a D.O. by 2020.

MAOPS was founded in 1897, just four years after the birth of osteopathic medicine, right here in Missouri. For more than 120 years, the association has seen steady growth, and has developed into a vibrant organization that offers its members a host of services, along with strong advocacy at the local, state and national levels. Current membership totals well over 1,000 plus all students at the three Osteopathic Medical Schools in Missouri. Our physician members practice in every corner of the state, rural to metropolitan, small family practices to nationally renowned hospitals. The involvement and contributions of MAOPS’s members will ensure its continued success as a professional organization well into the future.

For five days in April, hundreds of MAOPS members and their families will gather together for education, networking, continuing education and professional inspiration. In dozens of sessions, attendees will learn key insights, trends, best-practices, latest information and upcoming medical breakthroughs to better serve the patients of the greater Midwest.

In the exhibitor showcase, they will connect with industry-specific vendors. They will explore companies, consider new service options, and will make purchasing decisions that positively support the needs of their practices or professions. The relationships built with vendors can last throughout the lifetime of a physician’s practicing years.

Chateau on the Lake in Branson, Missouri will be the site of the 2018 Midwest Osteopathic Annual Convention. The Exhibit Hall is equipped with complimentary wireless internet throughout. All booths are easily accessible, and the layout has been designed to promote traffic flow. The addition of MAOPS Registration, a family-oriented “Big Top” theme, and prize drawings at your booth are designed to encourage participation and movement throughout the hall!

NEW THIS YEAR! Registration is INSIDE the Exhibit Hall

For the first time in the history of MOAC, the MAOPS Physician Registration Desk will be located inside the Great Hall. This is an excellent opportunity to interact and engage with physicians immediately upon their arrival at MOAC.

The Exhibit Hall will be located in the Great Hall at Chateau on the Lake. The room will be decorated with pipe & drape and will hold a maximum of 70 exhibit booths as shown on the layout. Each 8’ deep x 10’ wide booth, will include one six-foot draped and skirted table, two chairs, a wastebasket, and signage with your firm name.

For pharmaceuticals: Only one product line will be allowed at each exhibit booth. This will be strictly enforced.

Please refer to the exhibit hall layout and list your choice of exhibit booth on the registration form. Your booth will be assigned as soon as payment and the completed exhibitor agreement are received. Assignment is based on a first-come, first-served basis.

for quality interaction with attendees. Exhibitors are asked to stay with their full exhibit on display through 2 pm. Tear-down only after 2 pm.

4:30-5:00 pm: Orientation• Mandatory meeting for exhibitors with MAOPS
