Shipping & Material Handling
• Exhibitors may arrange for Inbound and Outbound shipping through third party carriers such as FedEx or UPS
• Direct to Peabody Hotel shipments should arrive no more than 3-days prior to the start of the event to avoid additional storage fees. Please coordinate the pickup of items immediately following TUC as the Hotel is not responsible for damage to, or loss of, any articles left on the premises during or following an Event. All deliveries must be properly labeled.

OUTBOUND SHIPPING: For outbound shipments, please complete a Shipping Label available from the Peabody Guest Packaging Department (ext 3642) or from the Concierge Desk located in the Lobby. Packages must be properly wrapped and addressed and have an attached shipping label before the hotel will process them for shipment. FEDEX OFFICE: There is a FedEx Office is located in The Peabody, it is open seven days a week to provide shipping, receiving, printing and office equipment and supplies. All exhibitors will receive 1 draped 6’ table, 2 chairs, electricity, and access to WiFi. Bring extension cords and power bars if required. Additional A/V products and services are available by making arrangements directly with PSAV at The Peabody Hotel. (PSAV order form).

Sponsorship Levels - Gold ($5,500 US) & Silver ($3,000) Gold level sponsors will have the opportunity to showcase one or more of their existing customer implementations as part of the Inspire conference track. This 45 minute co-presented with utility, Tantalus moderated session is exclusive to the Gold Level Sponsors. It should focus on customer benefits and is designed to provide a customer perspective on their deployment/implementation experience. Session topic is subject to approval. We have had great feedback on these sessions, engaged audiences have participated in lively, topical discussions. Live in-session polling and customized survey questions are also included as part of the Gold Level sponsorship package.
