Welcome!TO THE SHRM VT STATE CONFERENCE!

The conference will officially begin at 8:30 a.m. Monday and will feature speakers targeting timely topics as well as great networking oppor-tunities and lots of fun.

We continue to enhance sponsorship oppor-tunities that include an exhibit space and/or conference registration. As always, booths and sponsorships are accepted on a first-pay-first-served basis.

THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW:

•Booths will be sold on a first-pay, first-served basis, which will determine location.

•Each booth is a 8’ x 10’ pipe and drape booth with two chairs.

•Double sized booths are 8’ x 16’ pipe and drape with 4 chairs.

•You will be receiving information from SER Exposition Services regarding the pipe and drape set-up.

•Exhibitors may bring their own setups but must conform to the space provided .

•Exhibitors can begin set-up after 7:00 p.m. on Sunday, September 15th. Please be set up by 7:30 a.m. on Monday, September 16th. No early teardown – booth must stay up until 2:00 pm on Tuesday, September 17th .

BOOTH PRICING

• Early Bird Special! - Sign up & pay-ment by March 31st - $750 (single); $1400 (double)

• Sign up & payment by May 31st - $800 (single); $1500 (double)

• Sign up & payment after June 1st - $900 (single); $1700 (double)

• Cancellation Policy: The fee is fully re-funded if cancellation is made prior to August 1st. Cancellations after August 1st will result in a forfeit of 50% of the fee. Cancellations after August 30th will result in forfeiture of entire fee.

•Electricity is available through the conference center. Please sign-up using the attached Sheraton form.

•Backdrop/conference colors are selected each year by the conference committee and cannot be changed.

•Non-registered setup personnel must leave by 8:00 a.m. on Monday and cannot return until tear-down. A single booth includes only 2 exhibitors. •Registered exhibitors may attend any of the work-shop sessions as space allows. - NEW!

•Single booth exhibitors will receive two lunch tickets for each day (Monday and Tuesday). A double booth includes three tickets per day. Ad-ditional lunch tickets may be purchased in final registration request (July/August).

DOOR PRIZES & SILENT AUCTION

Donate and be recognized for offering a door prize to be raffled to participants who mingle with

the vendors. We are also looking for donations to our silent auction with proceeds going to the SHRM research
