8. Identification Badges
◇ Exhibitors are required to submit Form 8 for exhibitor passes and Form 9 for
work passes by 10 July 2020 so that they can find their badges at the organizer's
site office on their arrival before 21 July 2020.
9. Visitor Invitations & Visitor Tickets
◇ Each exhibitor will be given 100 copies of the visitor Invitation cards and tickets
with the additional 50 copies per booth occupied.

Ⅲ. Rules & Regulation
Ⅲ Rules & Regulation
1. Working Hours
(a) Exhibitors may work at their stand in the exhibition halls from 08:00 to 20:00
in Move-In period and Move-Out period.
(b) Exhibitor requiring to extend their working hours in the halls should submit Form
10 to the organizer on site under the condition that the exhibitor will be
responsible for all costs incurred and should duly obtain the approval of the
organizer.
2. Operation of Exhibit(s)
(a) The organizer reserves the right to determine the acceptable sound level and
extent of the demonstrations for working exhibits in case of justifiable complaints
from other exhibitors.
(b) Moving machinery must be fitted with safety devices and these safety devices
should be removed only when the machines are not in operation and not be
connected to the source of power.
(c) No motors, engines, contrivances or power-driven machinery may be used without
adequate protection against fire risk.
(d) All pressure vessels or equipment under pressure must be conformed to the safety
standards and regulations.

3. Security
(a) The organizer will not himself be responsible for the safety of property, exhibit(s)
or article(s) of any kind brought into the exhibition hall by exhibitors, their
employees, agents or contractors, members of the public or any other person
whatsoever during the opening hours of the whole period including move-in,
move-out period and show days.
(b) Exhibitors should make sure that they are fully covered by insurance, but not
restricted to, including all risks on their property, exhibits or articles of any kind,
public liability and comprehensive protection against any loss or damage caused
by any circumstance whatsoever whether by reason of fire, water, theft, accident
or any other cause.
(c) Exhibitors and their staff will not be allowed to stay in the exhibition halls after
the show hours and exhibit(s) movement in or out of the halls during the show
hours is not permitted for security and safety reasons.
(d) All personnel in the exhibition halls must wear identification badges at all times.
Exhibitor badges and temporary work passes are available from the organizer's
office site.
(e) Security guards will patrol the exhibition halls in general, but their duties will not
include specific attention to individual stands.
4. Dangerous Materials
(a) All materials used in stand construction must be properly fire-proofed in
accordance with the normal international standards and local regulations.
(b) No naked lights and lamps or temporary gas or electrical fittings may be used
in the halls without prior permission from the organizer.

(c) No explosives, petrol, dangerous gases or highly inflammable sub-stances are
allowed in the halls.
(d) No arms, guns, swords, ammunition, other goods of dangerous nature and goods
prohibited by the laws of Korea will be allowed into the exhibition halls.
5. Damage to Stand Structures and Exhibition Premises
(a) No person/exhibitor under any circumstances shall cut into or through any floor
carpet or wall nor alter any stand service structure except when authorized in
writing by the organizer.
(b) Any such damage to stand structures or exhibition premises shall be invoiced to
the Exhibitor.
6. Promotion during the Exhibition
◇ Exhibitors are reminded not to place stickers, signs or posters anywhere in the
hall other than within their own stand. Likewise, exhibitors' representative(s) may
not distribute catalogues, pamphlets, samples, souvenirs, shopping bags, etc. along
the gangways or near the entrances since this is unfair to other exhibitors and
may cause inconvenience to visitors.
7. Sales on Site
◇ Direct sales of any exhibits on site is not permitted without permission of the
organizers.

8. Group Stands and National Groups
◇ Contracting parties or local promotor of the show for Group Stands and National
Groups are responsible for ensuring that all exhibitors with their group are fully
aware of, and agree to abide by Terms and Conditions and the Rules and
Regulations as included in the Exhibitor manual.
9. Subletting of Stands
◇ Exhibitors must not transfer, dispose of, part with or otherwise sublet the whole
or any part of their space whether for financial consideration or otherwise.
10. Cancellation of Exhibition Space
(a) In case of the cancellation of exhibition space after the application deadline, all
the cost paid by the applicant shall not be refunded.
(b) These terms cannot be varied under any circumstances.
11. Cancellation or Postponement of the Fair
◇ Should the fair be cancelled or postponed for more than a year due to some
unavoidable circumstances, exhibitors shall be refunded the whole payments
excluding the amount already charged for the exhibition hall rent by the
organizer.

12. Payment Terms and Conditions
(a) The organizer will issue full payment invoice including space rental, organizer's
shell standard booth and utility services, if applied or ordered.
(b) All exhibitors must pay their full payment by the date specified on the invoice
issued by the organizer.
(c) Exhibitor will not be allowed to occupy his space or stands until full payment
has been paid to the organizer.
(d) These terms cannot be varied under any circumstances.
13. Violation of the Rules and Regulations
◇ In the event of the violation of the rules and regulations by an exhibitor, causing
any negative effect on the operation of the exhibition, the organizer may cancel
his participation before the show and even after the show opens without any
refund.
14. Unexpected Occurrences
◇ Any other matters and details not described herein will be decided upon
deliberation with exhibitor and organizer.

Ⅳ Technical Services
1. Standard(PREMIUM) Shell Stand
(a) The organizer will provide side and rear walls, ceiling, carpeting of floor, acrylic
fascia board with a fluorescent light and the exhibitor's name inscribed, stand
number tag, an information desk a folding chair and electric light fittings.
(b) Exhibitors who applied standard shell stand or premium shell stand must submit
Form 1 to the organizer by 26 June 2020 to inscribe their correct company's name
on the fascia board.
(c) Shell standard stands are shown as below.

◇ Specifications
․ Back and side walls1m wide and 2.5m high white laminated 3㎜ thick plywood panels joined by
aluminium section.
․ Fascia / Nameboard 1m high and 2m long banner at a height of 2.5m with Exhibitor's name in color
letterings designated by the organizer.
* No trade marks, logograph or ad. words are allowed.
․ Stand number tag (Acrylic)0.6m high and 0.8m long board with the stand no. attached on the stand pole
opened to the aisle.
․ Ceiling covered with aluminium gratings by 1㎡ each at 2.5m high.
․ Floor covered with fire-proofed carpet, laid on concrete.
․ Lightinga fluorescent tube in Stand number tag and 5 spotlights mounted on gratings
each booth.
․ Furniture a reception desk and a folding chair only will be provided to each exhibitor
regardless of the dimension of stand.

2. Booth Installation of Space Only Exhibitor
(a) Space only exhibitors are required to inform the organizer of the booth installer,
officially appointed by the organizer (see the back of the manual) through
submitting Form 5 to the organizer by 26 June 2020.
(b) Any installation or alteration on raw spaces in the exhibition halls must be
notified to the organizer by submitting Form 6 by 26 June 2020 for the control
on the short-term construction.
(c) The forms returned after the deadline may not be permitted to build any
construction on site.
(d) Stand Construction Heights : 4.5m height limit
◇ Any stand construction should not be exceeded this
limit. However, 2 storey stands and special structures
will be possible. 2 storey stands and special structures
require approval and are subject to specific conditions.
(e) Rigging/ Hanging
◇ The exhibitors occupying more than 54sq.m of exhibition space may install
rigging or hanging. Exhibitors installing rigging are required to submit Form
12 by 26 June 2020.
◇ The organizer reserves the right to make adjustments on rigging for the
overall balance if necessary.

3. Power Supply and Lighting
(a) Electric power of 1kw per booth (AC 220V, Single-phase, 2 wire system, 60㎐)
shall be served free of charge for lighting use only. Even in this case, exhibitors
requiring the Electricity for lighting use must submit the relevant order form
(Form 2) to the organizer by 26 June 2020.

(c) All electrical installations must comply with the existing statutory requirement
; the Korea Standard Ordinance of Electrical Installation and all the electrical
installation work at the exhibition must be carried out by appointed contractors
of the organizer by exhibitors' shares.
(d) All electrical equipment must be tested by the official licensed engineer prior to
turning on the power supply.
(e) Exhibitors requiring special arrangements (e.g. different voltages and frequency of
special connections to equipment) must arrange for their own transformers and/or
converters.
(f) Exhibitors are required themselves to keep regular voltage and to prevent an
unexpected damage that may be caused by power failure.
(g) Electricity shall be partially served a couple of days before the show and be fully
supplied during the show days beginning 10:00 and cut off at 17:00 automatically.

4. Compressed Air
(a) Exhibitors requiring compressed air are to submit the relevant order form (Form
2) and should pay from US$200 to US$300 per line including installation charge.
(b) The details are as follows.

5. Water Supply and Drainage
(a) Exhibitors requiring water and drainage should submit the relevant order form
(Form 2) and should pay US$200 per unit including installation charge.
(b) The details are as follows.

6. Installation of LAN(Local Area Network)
(a) Exhibitors requiring to use internet during the show days are to submit the
relevant order form (Form 2) and should pay US$150 per line including
installation charge.
(b) Installation charge of LAN is not included rental of LAN-Card.
(c) The details are as follows.

7. Lead management system
◇ Exhibitors requiring to use Lead management system during the show days are
to submit the relevant order form (Form 2) and should pay US$200 per unit
including installation charge.
8. Application and Alternation for Utility Services
(a) Exhibitors requiring to use technical services are to submit the relevant order
form (Form 2) and should fully pay the due payment to the organizer by the date
on Invoice.
(b) Any alteration or application of the services ordered after 18 July 2020 shall be
added 10% surcharge.

borne by the exhibitor and should duly obtain the approval of the organizer.
2. Establishment of Bonded Area
(a) Exhibition hall will be appointed as Bonded area by Changwon Customs to
exhibit overseas exhibit(s) without imported tax.(ATA-Carnet)
(b) In case any exhibitor transport his exhibit(s) with ATA-Carnet condition, his
exhibit(s) must be taken out of Korea after the end of KIMEX 2020.

4. Directions of Exhibit(s) Transport
(a) Exhibitors should carry out their own customs formalities without any delay and
should submit Form 10 to the organizer if necessary for the 'Authentication of
Exhibitor (Exhibits)' to be issued by the organizer since exhibitors themselves are
to be responsible for the clearance.
(b) All articles carried into the exhibition hall in bond shall not be moved out without
the prior approval of the organizer and the customs.
(c) A copy of invoices of bonded exhibits should be given to the organizer no later
than 19 June 2020. Invoices and packing lists should be respectively made in
turns ; 1) Exhibits, 2) Samples or Experimental equipments and 3) Articles of
consumption or Processed goods.
(d) Consignee/Notify Party on invoice and B/L should be our official contractor. State
names of exhibiting items and clearly describe them.
(e) It is to accommodate convenience by designating one party in charge. It is not
mandatory for exhibitors to hire a consignee among our official contractors.
(f) Exhibitors bear all responsibility for customs clearance of exhibits. It is advised
for exhibitors to prevent misplaced or delayed deliveries.

Ⅵ Other Services & Facilities
1. Cleaning Service
(a) The organizer will arrange for the general cleaning of the exhibition
halls(excluding inside of booth stands and exhibits/ display) during the show
period and prior to the opening of the show but it is the responsibility of the
exhibitors to keep their own stand tidy at all times.
(b) Exhibitors are requested not to place any rubbish or useless materials in the aisles
at the end of each day to avoid confusion and to be removed by the cleaners with
no fail.
2. Furniture & Fixture On Hire
(a) Exhibitors requiring furniture or fixture may hire one from the designated
contractors.
(b) Refer to Official Contractor.
3. Parking Service
Exhibitors can take 'Free parking Support' service during the show

EXHIBITOR PASSES
All Exhibitors must submit the names of their staff including those from their associated companies who will be manning their own stand, for the prefabrication of the exhibitor passes. These passes are to be collected from the organizer's office during 18~20 July 2020. Exhibitors moving in and out of the exhibition will be identified by such passes only, and for security reasons no persons will be allowed into the exhibition grounds without the passes.

WORK PASSES
All personnel for stand installation in the exhibition hall must submit the names of the workers for the prefabrication of temporary work passes. These passes are to be collected from the organizer's office during 18~20 July 2020. Workers moving in and out of the exhibition site will be identified by such passes only and for security reasons no persons will be allowed into the exhibition grounds without the passes.

EXTENSION OF WORKING HOURS
During the period of Move In and Move Out, exhibitors may work at their own stand in the exhibition hall from 08:00 to 20:00 everyday. Exhibitors requiring to extend their working hours in the halls must submit this form to the Organizer on site and must duly obtain the approval from the Organizer. All costs incurred shall be borne by the Exhibitor. (payed)
