LASER CUT PRECISION STEEL

Laser cutting has become an increasingly popular method of profiling steel, this is due to its high precision, impressive cut quality and high processing speeds. Laser cutting has the ability to effortlessly cut through steel, not to mention a huge variety of other materials, with a precision that is lacking in more traditional areas of profiling technology.

PLASMA CUTTER

The very latest in house HD plasma cutting machine & software is in place to offer a precision alternative to oxy-fuel and laser profiling. Recent developments in the high precision / high definition plasma process have significantly improved the mquality and capabilities of plasma cutting, making it a more versatile and accurate option than ever before.

CNC PRESS BRAKE MACHINE

As part of our continued commitment to quality and the latest engineering processes we have recently acquired a new Morgan Rushworth hydraulic press brake machine which is fitted with the new ESA CNC controller to enable off line programming from PC. Multi bend operations with complex forms can thus be effectively managed reducing operator error and over or under bending. The Y1 and Y2 axis are fully synchronised and accurate to 0.01mm with proportional valve technology.

Exigo have invested heavily in to state of the art steel bending machinery that allows us to produce contemporary, sleek & unique equipment that maintains our industry leading status.These premium machines allow our expert design engineers to create exciting new and innovative products.

We have a recruited and retained the very best welders and fabricators and this team of experts ensure standards are met and often exceeded.As part of our commitment to quality all Exigo products are backed with an industry leading lifetime frame and weld guarantee.

Free StandingOur Club Series range offers exceptional value for money, from free standing, squat series, wall series & compact wall designs. As with the MFS range we have numerous functional training accessories that can be added to each individual station. Within any facility we know how important space is to our customers and our wall and compact wall designs offer the smallest foot print available to maximise all available space.

MFS “Modular Functional Series” this range offers ultimate performance and versatility. Each design is made up of unique, heavy duty triangular columns which are precision engineered to accommodate endless functional attachments. Each unique system offers a valuable storage solution and designs vary from free standing, wall mounted & corner designs. As with all of our products we also offer a custom build & design service.

CUSTOMIZED WING BAR GRIP TUBES

Our wings can be made with 3 different tube sizes for optimum hand placement

and grip. 32Mm is standard but you can also choose 38mm or 48mm. Each

complete wing must have the same size tubing.

All made from 3mm thick steel for strength & durability.

CORE PLATE & OLYMPIC BAR HOLDER

For use with Olympic bars, the core plate is a must have strength &

conditioning tool that can be mounted at the base of the rig column. Store your bar safely after use in the convenient

holder.

MULTI – HEIGHT MONKEY BARS

Internal monkey bars can be positioned at two heights by rotating through

180 degrees for variety, and a more challenging workout.

Locate the Tri-Series rig in the centre of a room to take advantage of all 3 sides on the triangle. Alternatively you can position in a corner or near to a wall if you require a little extra space.

SUSPENSION TRAININGThe benefits of suspension training are well known and Exigo have a number of options to suit your needs, from sim-ple ceiling/wall brackets, space saving wall fixed mounts to suspension A frames which can be customised to size. We also offer a number of functional attachments that can be utilised with the A frame design and if required can be treated to allow outdoor usage.

The versatile functional wall mount is perfect for anchoring suspension training kits. It’s unique design also allows users to carry out pull-ups and hand over hand exercises. Available in a variety of lengths including custom sizing for individual club requirements.

Increase your options by choosing this design which allows you to hang punch bags from this space saving mount.

The SQYRE was designed by Jigsaw Fitness, and is manufactured by Exigo in the UK. The product allows the fantastically functional movement of flipping a tyre to be done in your health club, without damaging the floor or putting members at risk.

Why Is it Square?

It is square to allow the product to be flipped in a straight line. This stops othermembers being put at risk in a class environment due to the square shape preventing oscil-lating when landing.

The square shape allows correct gait when carrying and lifting with an unrestricted inside shoulder. It also allows the perfect distance between handles, the same as a hex bar dead-lift, to make the unit truly functional.

Project: primal fitness, Leeds

ChallengePrimal Gym is an excellent example of how Exigo has delivered a custom built end-to-end gym solution, to include product customisation and personalisation. Primal is located at Leeds Dock, West Yorkshire, England - a thriving mixed development with retail, office, residential and leisure presence. Faced with an empty shell of around 11,000 square feet over two floors, without heat, light or water, the Primal team considered a number of fit-out options. The challenge was to find a supplier that ‘understood our ethos and shared our passion for success.’

SolutionPrimal selected Exigo to deliver a complete gym solution with flexibility for customisation and personalisation of product. Other suppliers seemed disinterested and / or were unable to deliver the total package. ‘We really bought into Darren’s interest and enthusiasm.
