Start your day with a short hike across the famous “Jesus Trail” on top of the Arbel Cliffs and continue to boat ride across the Sea of Galilee, followed by a traditional St. Peter’s fish lunch. Then, to the Mount of Beatitudes, Capernaum, and Magdala for an in depth visit of Jesus’ footsteps throughout His Galilean Ministry,

ending with dinner and overnight in Tiberias.

FLIGHT TIMES:All flights are subject to change by the airlines without advance notice. Lumière Travel is not responsible for such changes or delays and does not reimburse expenses resulting from such delays. If you are making your own flight arrangements to the departure city, we recommend you purchase a ticket that can be exchanged without large penalties.

ADDITIONAL AIRLINE FEES:You will likely incur additional airline checked baggage fees that are not included in the price of the tour. These fees vary by airline and are at the airline's discretion on each segment of the flight itinerary. Additionally, you may incur optional fees (food, excess baggage, overweight baggage, items of personal nature, etc.) as well.

AIRPORT TRANSPORTATION:All transportation to and from the airport will be provided unless you have purchased a Land Only package.If you purchased a Land Only package, your trip will begin at the hotel and transportation will be on your own.However, we will post shuttle times closer to the trip. If your arrival/departure corresponds with those times, you are welcome to ride the shuttle.

DEVIATIONS:Deviations from the standard tour program must be submitted in writing and are subject to additional airline fees, if applicable. Transfers for passengers who deviate are not included.

ITINERARY CHANGES:Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of this brochure. While you will see all sites listed in this brochure, the order of sites and/or days and number of days may be altered to accommodate changes in airline, hotel schedules, and local conditions. Due to airline schedules, some participants may receive one or two extra leisure days at a nominal per day charge, and some extensions may not be available on all departure dates. If itinerary changes necessitate extra overnights, you are responsible for any additional charges incurred. Meals for extra nights are not included. If you wish to extend your stay beyond the scheduled itinerary please contact the hotel directly to take advantage of our group rate.

RELEASE INFORMATION:Payment of deposit indicates permission for Lumière Travel or its agents to record the registrant’s participation and appearance on video tape, audio tape, film, photograph, or any other medium and to use the registrant’s name, likeness, voice, comments, submitted documentation, written papers, and/or biographical material without restrictions or limitation for any advertising, marketing, publicity, educational or promotional purpose which Lumière Travel or its agents deem appropriate, unless the registrant or guardian otherwise notifies Lumière Travel in writing prior to departure.

Except where otherwise stated, Lumière Travel acts only as agent for the relevant supplier in securing hotels, transportation and other travel services and in no event shall Lumière Travel be liable for failure by any such supplier to render any transportation, lodging or other travel service to be provided on the tour. Lumière Travel assumes no liability for injury, death, damage, loss, theft, accident, delay or irregularity which may occur by reason of any negligent or willful act or omission of any suppliers of service. Similarly without limiting the foregoing, registrant agrees to hold Lumière Travel harmless for any defect in any vehicle, plane, boat, bus, car, van or other vehicle, act of war or insurrection, terrorist activity, revolt or other civil uprising, military action, strikes or labor unrest or any Act of God or for any other act of any third party. Georgia law will be applicable to any dispute that arises out of or concerns this brochure or your tour. Any and all litigation must be brought only in and for courts in Hall County, Georgia to the exclusion of litigation anywhere else in the world.

Enrollment in and payment of deposit constitutes your acceptance of the "Fine Print" and all terms contained herein. Lumière Travel is the tour operator and is solely responsible for the travel program. REGISTRATIONS RECEIVED AFTER AUGUST 2, 2020:We welcome registrations after 08/02/20. Registrations received between 08/03/20 - 08/17/20 will incur a $100 per person fee. Registrations received between 08/18/20 - 09/01/20 will incur a $200 per person fee. Registrations received between 09/02/20 - 09/16/20 will incur a $400 per person fee. Registrations received on 09/17/20 or later will incur an additional fee based on air availability. Additional fees will be advised upon registration.

LUMIÈRE TRAVEL TOURS ARE NON REFUNDABLE.

FIT TO TRAVEL STATEMENT:All travelers must be 10 years or older. Passengers registering for the tour accept the responsibility for being in good health and able to walk and travel on the tour. Many of the sites are not accessible to the physically challenged. Those needing oxygen, wheelchairs, or other ambulatory assistance will find the tour extremely limiting to their experiences. PASSPORT INFORMATION, CONFIRMATION OF ITINERARY & CHECK-INPROCESS:Passport information must be submitted to our office no later than 05/01/20. Failure to provide your passport information to our office by this date may result in change fees or denial of travel. Approximately 105 days prior to your trip you will be contacted to re-confirm your itinerary, travel arrangements and registration information during the preliminary check in process for your trip. Discrepancies in information or failure to check in for your tour may result in change fees, delays in receiving travel documents for your trip, or denial of travel.

PRICE INCREASES:All prices quoted in this brochure are subject to change prior to payment in full due to currency fluctuations, fuel surcharge increases, government taxes and fees increases or unforeseen circumstances. In addition, you may be subject to a price increase after payment in full has been received due to potential government imposed taxes and fees.
