International is the sales customer, but in ERP the customer is ABC Worldwide. Employees just learn what is what
Pick & Pack ProcessOrders released to warehouse manually, picklists are printed and walked back to the shipping area. Rush orders are highlighted and placed on the top of the pile so that hopefully they get picked first. Customer
service often calls down to the warehouse to rush a shipment or find out if something has been packed yet
ShipmentTracking information is written on the packslip and stapled to the picklist. These documents are brought up to
accounting twice a day to generate invoices & filed away in a cabinet
InvoicingInvoices are printed and mailed for some customers. Other customers require email - the accountant creates
the invoice in PDF and emails those from her account
