Eco Pipe is specially induction hardened to create a spiral formed layer which increases wear and impact resistance.Thus achieving over 3 times the life of normal pipe with significant saving in weight compared to other hardened or twin wall pipe.

Ram Hopper

Complete control for every size pump from 20 meter to 63 make us achieved with a small lightweight radio remote control. Only the highest-grade and well-known brand components are used in JunJin concrete pumps. We deliver products that have passed severe quality testing and gone through a precise and accurate assembly process. We ensure the customer receives a durable product that performs well and is easy to control and maintain.

A TUNGSTEN CARBIDE wear plate and wear ring come standard with all JUNJIN pumps, providing a longer lifespan (up to 300% longer than non-carbide wear parts) which keeps maintenance costs down.

Through JUNJIN’s own brand applied high pressure system, longer life of rubber piston is achieved.

The inside of hopper is applied in such triangular paddle so the concrete infection is easy when working. Also, the FLAP ELBOW of one touch way is applied in order to clean with the small amount of cleaning water in a short time during cleaning.

The hydraulic system has independent two lines for the main hydraulic cylinders and S-valve switching cylinders. This allows for a continuous, smooth concrete pumping, reducing boom bounce resulting in easy handing at the end of the hose.

S-valve is so suitable to the harsh concrete because it has a big inner diameter(model S2018, S2218)

Main Components

Oil Cooler and Hydraulic Filter

The fan is operated by a hydraulic motor for excellent cooling capacity. The fan is controlled by a temperature sensor.

Main Manifold BlockAll electrical connections have manual overrides. The main pumping system is an open loop circuit. This reduces heat in the hydraulic system.
