#Challenge

This world leader in the manufacturing of generator sets wanted to be able to conduct tests at its laboratory to obtain the certi-fication for international standard ISO/IEC17025 and expand internationally.

Trescal was consulted to support the labo-ratory in its accreditation process with the French COFRAC audit, responsible for accre-diting laboratories in accordance with the ISO/IEC17025 standard.

Trescal undertook audits of processes and set up:> new procedures > technical documentation > training of laboratory staff

Trescal recommended that its customer should invest in optimising its measuring instruments inventory.
