• Each TP has a Professional Development Coordinator who helps them chart out their professional goals and checks in on their progress throughout each year
• Each Technical Professional (TP) receives $3,000 in professional development funds annually
• These funds are used for career building activities including certifications, training opportunities, attendance/presentations at conferences, and software
• All TPs are matched annually with a mentor based on their established career goals.
