Tuna-FISH Empanaditas

Easy appetizer recipes for happy occasions

These tuna empanadas will be great appetizer recipe ideas for parties and special occasions. There are various types of empanada recipes. You can make it with meat, fish, and vegetables and there are also sweet recipes.

Ingredients

2 pounds of all-purpose flour (plain flour) 1/2 of butter cut in small cubes 2 eggs beaten 1 table spoon of olive oil 2 canned tuna in oil Salt and sugar a bowl

How to make Empanaditas dough:

In a large bowl, add of salt to the flour and mix well.

Then add the butter cubes mix the butter with the hot water, eggs, salt and sugar .

Then add the flour and mix well until to obtain a consistency like bread crumbs.

Knead it into dough. Cover the dough with plastic bag and keep it in the fridge for 30 min.
