Step 2.Apply caulking to top of platform. Make sure all grooves & holes are filled with caulking.

Fasten platform to bottom of T-bar using the two small holes 9 & 10 with nails. This will hold the platform in place while you drill hole 5 into bottom of T-Bar.

Pre-drill & fasten platform to bottom of T-bar using hole 5. Screw length 3-1/2” (89mm)

Step 1.Place T-bar base support platform on sill. Locate & drill holes 1, 2, 3, 4 & 6 from top through aluminum & substrate (1/8” [.125mm] hole size).

Do not drill hole # 5 at all. (Example shown is for mounting base support platform to 4-9/16” T-Bar)

Do not overtighten screws to avoid screw heads penetrating through bottom of substrate.

Screw length 3-1/2” (89mm)

Step 5.Fasten T-bar & platform with screws through bottom of substrate.

Step 4.Mount T-bar & platform by using short self drilling screws

through exposed bracket holes 7 & 8 on each side of platform.

Step 3.Apply caulking to bottom of platform. Locate T-bar / platform in door frame & sill.

Put nozzle tube through holes # 1, 2, 3, 4 & 6 to

seal interior holes.
