About UsEzybiz India is a professionally managed boutique firm providing host of services relating tobusiness, regulatory, accounting and tax advisory.
It was founded by alumni of Ernst & Young to provide one window solution to both Indianand multinational clients in areas of business set up and registration services, businessmanagement or maintenance services, taxation and regulatory advisory and compliance, fundraising and transaction advisory services.
We have an expert team of chartered accountants, company secretaries and businessconsultants and have more than 14 years of experience. Further, we also have charteredengineers and lawyers in our panel whom we outsource work from time to time.
We also provide hand holding to foreign company’s in their entry strategy in India and assistin all pre registration and post registration compliance and business management.
