Time is money. We have optimised our flat roof PV system FDG: FDGlight+ saves you valuable time when assembling the system. Installation of the pre-assembled system components guarantees that it will take you no more than 30 minutes to assemble 1 kWp!

+ Low part diversity (only four standard components)

+ Low transport costs: No bulky parts, even the triangular supporting foot is delivered straight

+ Assembly of the triangular supporting foot in a matter ofseconds thanks to the simple bending and locking system

+ Only two tools required for assembly

+ No mounting templates required

+ No roof penetration necessary

+ Low to no ballast requirements, despite extremely light weight of approx. 8.5 kg/m² (substructure + module)

Lightning-quick assembly thanks to functional locking system

Only four standard components for the entire system

Pre-assembled polyurethane (PU)protective matting fitted to all profileswhich are in contact with the roof

Water flowing laterallycan run off without obstructions thanksto the gaps in the rail and protective matting.

Base profile rails act as cable tracksfor integrated cable routing.

FDGlight+ uses the power of the wind: The stronger the wind, the firmer the contact with the roof. System installation never requiresroof penetration. The pre-assembled system components mean no drilling, cutting or sawing on the roof.

The expansion joint connectorscontrol thermal expansion.

Functional triangular designof the rear wall guaranteesstability despite flexibility. No disruptive noises.

The rear wall is screwed directlywithout nuts via the thread in thesupporting foot.

If ballast is required at theedges, paving slabs are laid in the base rail - no additional ballast bags are required.

+ High system interconnectability allows complex coverage

+ Modules can be built around obstacles

+ Each roof can be covered individually - each southern orientation is taken into account, with a layout plan and installation instructions for every project

+ Deployable anywhere in Europe per Eurocode 1: EN 1991-1-4 for wind loads, EN 1991-1-3 for snow loads
