ser\~icer autllorized by federal or state law to act as a rnoitgage sei-vicer. This transfer of

ser\~icii~g shall include transferring ally and all related funds or doculllents to the new mortgage ' 1

ser\~icer in colnpliallce wit11 federal law. ln addition, Lmd Alnerica shall:
