cess. As you can see at right, DuncanAviation was again given rave reviews in2001's poll. However, that is just one way inwhich we measure our success. Direct cus-tomer and employee feedback is much moreimportant to us, and the letters and corre-spondence we receive show we are continu-ing our tradition of listening to customersand meeting their needs.

So far, 2001 has been a tough year for busi-ness aviation. The economy has been ques-tionable and everyone has had to "tightenthe belt." Mergers continue to diminish thenumber of industry "independents" andrumors of layoffs throughout the industryhave made everyone a little uncertain.

Even in light of these things, we continue tosee huge opportunities in corporate aviation.We recently expanded our Lincoln,Nebraska, facility and are in the process ofcautiously planning expansion for our BattleCreek, Michigan, location. We do this whileat the same time watching expenditures andweighing every dollar we spend. That is theway my father started Duncan Aviation 45years ago. Since we have never layed peopleoff in 45 years of business, I believe it is aproven method that will keep us the top-choice of service organizations for customersand employees for years to come.

It is my goal that Duncan Aviation continueto serve the industry for another 45 years.

T his year, Duncan Aviation celebratesan anniversary milestone. It was 45

years ago that my father, Donald Duncan,started the aircraft sales/support organiza-tion that would become the Duncan Aviationwe know today.

1956 seems like a long time ago. Eisenhowerwas re-elected. Elvis was in his prime. FrankLloyd Wright began construction of theGuggenheim Museum. And business avia-tion, dominated at the time by Beechcraftand Cessna, was in its infancy.

I am proud that Duncan Aviation was thereto help shape business aircraft into the suc-cessful corporate tools they have become. Iam also proud that we continue to lead theway in customer satisfaction with excellentproducts and services delivered fast and atfair prices.

Westwind 1124 - First Collins TCAS-4000 Duncan Aviation recently earned the first STC and per-formed the first installation of a Collins TCAS-4000 ACASin a Westwind 1124A. This installation includes the latestMOPS 7 software, which is required for European opera-tions and covers the Westwind 1124/1124A airframes.

Duncan Aviation Receives High Marks FromCustomers & Industry Officials in ProfessionalPilot Magazine's Annual PRASE Survey

Duncan Aviation once again received high marks fromreaders of Professional Pilot magazine in the publication's2001 PRASE Survey announced this spring. Dubbed thePRASE Survey for "Preferences Regarding AviationServices and Equipment," this contest ranks organizationsthat provide support services for corporate class aircraft.

Duncan Aviation facilities were named as the top twoavionics facilities in the United States. In the "BestAvionics Center" category, which rates avionic and instru-ment repair/overhaul and installation services, DuncanAviation-Lincoln and Duncan Aviation-Battle Creek werenamed the #1 and #2 centers in the United States.Additionally, Duncan Aviation's Teterboro, New Jersey,location was voted to the #5 spot. Duncan Aviation'sLincoln facility has been named #1 every year since thesurvey's inception in 1985.

In the category of "Best Maintenance Center," which ranksairframe and engine maintenance, repair and support,Duncan Aviation's Lincoln facility was named the "#1Maintenance Center" in the United States. The facility hasheld that position for 14 of the past 15 years. DuncanAviation-Battle Creek was named #5 in this category.

"We are thrilled that customers and others in the corpo-rate aviation industry continually rank our customer serv-ice, quality and technical expertise as the best in theindustry," says Aaron Hilkemann, President of DuncanAviation. "We wouldn't be able to earn these high rankingswithout the dedication, hard work and expertise of ouremployees. I'd like to thank them for another job welldone."

According to Professional Pilot magazine, the purpose ofthe PRASE survey is to recognize those facilities provid-ing superior service and to encourage others to reach fora higher benchmark of excellence. There were 14,306readers who participated in the contest.

Duncan Aviation-Teterboro Receives JAACertification

Duncan Aviation's Teterboro avionics satellite location(CRS# XJRR155L) recently received its JAR-145Acceptance Certificate, #5346. With JAA authorization,Duncan Aviation-TEB is now authorized to work on theavionics of European-registered aircraft with the recogni-tion of the JAA.

Bob Elrod ReceivesFlightSafety'sExcellence forMaintenanceTraining Award

Bob Elrod, DuncanAviation's TechnicalTraining Coordinator,recently receivedFlightSafetyInternational's AnnualAward of Excellence forMaintenance Training.

Duncan Aviation spendsmore than $2 million ayear providing technicaland non-technical class-es for employees. Sometechnical classes aretaught by FlightSafety orother outside vendors,others are taught by pro-fessional in-houseexperts. Non-technicalclasses have internal andexternal teachers, too.

"In my office, I have apicture with a statementthat sums up my philoso-phy on aircraft mainte-nance training," Bobsays. "It simply states'Pay for good training orpay for poorperformance.' Wechoose to pay for goodtraining."

Most recently Dan held the position of EngineeringAssistant Manager, Systems and Equipment/Flight AnalystDER.

Duncan Aviation-Lincoln's Engine ServiceCenter has Familiar Faces in New Places

Doug Alleman recently joined Jon Dodson and MikeHealzer as a Turbine Engine Service SalesRepresentative. In this position, he prepares proposals,determines downtimes and prepares the shop for enginearrivals. With 13 years of aviation experience and hisbackground with Duncan Aviation as Engine TechnicalRepresentative and MPI Shop Supervisor, he has theexperience needed to help customers determine theirengine maintenance needs.

Craig Bohling was recently named Duncan Aviation'sEngine Technical Representative/Training Coordinator. Inthis position, Craig provides support for Duncan Aviation'sengine technicians and is the "one stop source" for cus-tomers' technical questions. He also develops and coordi-nates engine technician training. A 23-year DuncanAviation employee, Craig has a total of 26 years of avia-tion experience, the last 21 with TFE731 engines.

Mike Bernholtz was recently promoted to MPI ShopSupervisor where he coordinates all activities of the shopincluding scheduling, logistics and manpower. Mike hasbeen with Duncan Aviation for 10 years and brings 12years of aviation experience to his new position.

Phase OneFor four weeks this spring, the Falcon under-went Phase One of this project. That includ-ed reconfiguring the aircraft's lavatory. TheFalcon had an unusual-style configurationwith a forward-facing toilet unit and very lit-tle vanity or storage space. The existing lava-tory bulkheads, the vanity and the toiletwere removed and a new Monogram toiletwas installed, facing inboard on the left-handside of the aircraft. New bulkheads and adoor were built and installed, as were a newvanity, sink, faucet, mirror, lighting andstorage areas. Associated areas like theheadliner, outboard panels and cabin side-wall panels were modified to coordinatesmoothly with the new configuration.

Because Duncan Aviation maintains dedicat-ed Falcon maintenance personnel acrossthree shifts, various departments found timeto work on the aircraft. An overall refurbish-ment of the cockpit soft goods and the exteri-or baggage compartment was completedalong with several airframe items,engine/APU inspections and repairs.

Duncan Aviation's designers and engineerstook measurements during Phase One, creat-ed drawings and synchronized plans onexactly how they would complete the secondphase of the project. The owner's Chief ofMaintenance stayed on-site for the majorityof the project, allowing him to provide guid-ance and participate in decisions about howeach component was attached or locatedbehind panels. He also spent time research-ing available service bulletins and otherpotential upgrades with Kevin Bornhorst,the Duncan Aviation Falcon TechnicalRepresentative in Battle Creek.

"When the first phase was completed, thecustomer had a brand-new lavatory and hisaircraft was fully operational throughout thesummer," Shelley says.

In The InterimThe measurements, information and draw-ings taken and developed during the firstphase of the project allowed Duncan Designto develop proven plans for components thatare easily maintained and aesthetically mod-ern. Duncan Aviation designers and engi-neers worked with the owner to finalize thedesign layouts of the new galley, closet, cabinconfiguration and shell system. Once com-pleted, construction of those componentsbegan while the aircraft was flying.

Duncan Aviation's multiple facilities offeredtheir varied services to make the project asefficient as possible. For instance, theCabinet Department's CNC machine (locatedat the Lincoln facility) was employed to cutand prepare the major cabinets. Because allengineers share common drawing file for-mats and programming packages, the CNCmachine can create components like newinstrument panels, cabinet components andmetal components for all of DuncanAviation's facilities.

When the aircraft returned for the secondphase at the end of August, the componentswere nearly complete and ready to install,shortening the required downtime and allow-ing Duncan Aviationto meet the six-weektime allotted forPhase Two.

What sets Duncan Aviation apart? Thatquestion is one that many operators

ask when they request their first proposalsfor large maintenance, interior, paint andavionics installation services from DuncanAviation. Although Duncan Aviation's depthof capabilities and easily accessible servicelocations are big differentiators, most exist-ing customers agree that the areas whereDuncan Aviation truly shines are innovativescheduling and creative problem-solving tomeet customer goals�especially when otherfacilities tell them their requests are "too dif-

ficult" or even "impossible."

To help illustrate this, we will walk youthrough some of the out-of-the-box thinkingthat went into a Falcon 50 project we are cur-rently working on at our Battle Creek,Michigan, facility.

Falcon 50 ReconfigurationIn early 2000, the owner of an early serialnumber Falcon 50 called Shelley Ewalt,Duncan Aviation's Completions andModifications Marketing Manager, with hisdesire to completely reconfigure the cabinand lavatory. She estimated an aggressive 12weeks to accomplish the overall workscope.However, the owner said he absolutely couldnot put the aircraft down for that long. Atthat point, the customer and a team ofDuncan Aviation completions and designexperts discussed the possibility of using twoseparate downtimes totaling 10 weeks toaccomplish the same workscope.

This is how they decided to meet the cus-tomer's needs without compromising thehigh-quality work for which Duncan Aviationis known.

By taking measure-ments and beginningthe conceptual draw-ing process duringPhase One of theFalcon's workscope,Duncan Design coulddevelop plans for eas-ily maintainable andaesthetically modernc o m p o n e n t s — a n dhave them construct-ed—while the aircraftwas flying. "Divide and Conquer"

line shell that incorporate new fiber-opticlighting, reading lights and air gaspers iscurrently underway. Completed cabinetryalso now being installed includes newly con-structed tables, entertainment closet,drinkrails and galley.

Besides installing these items in the aircraftduring Phase Two, the workscope includesthe upholstering and installation of six newsingle cabin seats, the re-upholstering of thedivan, a new jumpseat and replacement of allother interior soft goods. Installation of Avtecfiber optic lighting, a new switch package, anupdated entertainment system and an all-new insulation package will round out thecomplete refurbishment.

Other airframe and avionics installationwork will be completed as well. Besides a

4A+ inspection, theaircraft will receivethe following avionicsupgrades: UniversalTAWS with MFD dis-play, UNS-1D+ andvertical gyro cross-side switching.

The installations and airframe teams aresupported by a well-rounded team of on-siteengineers backed up with DERs representingelectrical systems, structures and flighttests.

"We have been impressed with the Can-Doattitude of all the people we have come intocontact with at Duncan Aviation," the ChiefPilot of this Falcon 50 says, "and it is obvi-ously one of the main reasons that this proj-ect has worked so well."

Continuing to Plan AheadContinuing his tradition of planning ahead,the owner of this aircraft has already begunto discuss a 2C inspection and complete paintat Duncan Aviation in late 2002.

"The willingness of all the teams to focus onthe customer's need first, and then to findways to make it happen, is really at the coreof this and every project we do at DuncanAviation," Shelley continues. "The teamworkbetween customers and Duncan Aviationpersonnel leads to successful projects timeand time again." *

In addi-tion, during thecourse of the over-haul, a consultanttravels to the over-haul facility to moni-tor the progress andadvise the customerof cost-saving oppor-tunities.

HPT (high pressure turbine) Shroud GrindingAnother revision to the maintenance manual allows us to grind the HP turbine shroudsusing a fixture to obtain optimum HP turbine blade-to-shroud clearances. This lets usachieve greater accuracy in performing HP turbine tip clearance, resulting in better per-formance. (Obviously, controlling clearances in a turbine engine is extremely important torestoring performance.) Duncan Aviation has invested in an HPT grind fixture.

Controlled Fit Combustor Engineers have replaced the old-style sheet metal combustor for one with a more robust design. The replacementreduces combustor profile shifts in the engine. (Sorry to make that sound like profile shifts are a bad thing, but pro-file shifts are a bad thing.) A combustor profile can falsely indicate the engine performance is greater, or less for thatmatter, than it really is.

LPT (low pressure turbine) Blade Tip GrindAnother service bulletin allows the grinding of the LPT (low pressureturbine) blade tips and the metal spray of the LPT nozzle blade patharea. This reduces blade tip-to-shroud clearances and increases per-formance because of reduced airflow loss between the blade tips andthe nozzle shroud. Clearance restoration is critical to the overall per-formance gain. Duncan Aviation has in-house capabilities to flame-spray the LPT nozzle blade path area.

T hrough the years, Honeywell's Turbine Robustness Team has made great strides to improve the TFE731 engine.Honeywell recognized that problems existed early on and enlisted the help of service facilities to identify areas

for improvement. Duncan Aviation was able to provide Honeywell with feedback necessary to create the re-works andService Bulletins that have been pivotal to improvement of the TFE731. Several pieces of specialized equipment arenecessary to accomplish all the improvements laid out by Honeywell and Duncan Aviation has invested in each pieceof this equipment, thereby taking advantage of every improvement offered.

At Duncan Aviation, we are particularly proud of our TFE731 capabilities. We not only have invested in the equip-ment, but we have assembled teams of the most talented industry technicians to support this engine. DuncanAviation is known for its success in making the TFE731 run at peak performance from interval to interval. Followingare some examples of how our Engine Service Center and our partnership with Honeywell help us attain excellentengine performance and high customer satisfaction.

Investing in the Proper ToolsOur engine shop technicians have at their fingertips all the critical tooling needed to restore performance to theTFE731. We have an air flow bench designed to measure the A4 and A5 nozzle air flows. This, combined with ourfuel manifold test bench, provides the means to control engine temperatures and speeds, and produce repeatable per-formance following engine tear-down and rebuild. Without these tools, one would do just as well to put on a blindfoldand take a stab at it. Our "skunk-works" technicians (as some like to call them) have all this tweaking down. Forthem, it almost becomes a mathematical puzzle to which they have all the answers from a previous exercise. Theyput the numbers to work, and the engines perform, match, speed up, slow down, whatever they command them todo. It's wild . . . and they love the challenge. The teams also have two Hoffman balancers that let them perform allrotating disk and blade replacements in-house at MPI, reducing downtime.

JEDAThe Jet Engine Data Acquisition unit is a means of acquiring accu-rate engine performance data. This information is key when deter-mining the health of an engine and a course of action necessary torestore performance during the Major Periodic Inspection process.Duncan Aviation has four JEDA units, and they are kept busy virtu-ally all the time . . . if not in our facility, then throughout the countrywhere we help train and diagnose engine troubles with engine part-ners from coast to coast.

Turbine Blade Life LimitsOver the years, Honeywell engineers have revised many service bulletins with the goal of building a stronger engine.One recent bulletin is TFE731-72-3494 HP (high pressure) and LP (low pressure) Turbine Blade Life Limits. Thisbulletin is of particular importance because it established a means of tracking blade life, resulting in reduced inci-dents of turbine blade failure. (A turbine blade failure does not make for a happy flight department and secondarydamage to the engine from the out-of-balance condition it creates can be devastating.)

What is the history of the TFE731, or the"Garrett engine?"

Nearly every corporate aircraft operatortoday has had a TFE731-powered aircraft inthe fleet at one time or another. How did thisengine get to be so successful?

John Clifford Garrett created the "AircraftTool & Supply Company" in SouthernCalifornia during the mid-1930s. He was apioneer in turbo-supercharging technologyand envisioned his company as a majorcontender in turbine propulsion engines.Before the first production TPE331 turbo-propeller engine left the factory in 1963,"Garrett Supply," "Airesearch" and otherbranches had diversified in aviationresearch, development and manufacturingproducts to satisfy increasing demands forfaster airspeeds, higher altitudes and moretravel comfort.

Under Cliff Garrett's leadership, the compa-ny and its divisions were responsible formany "firsts" in the aviation/space industry,including the first all-aluminum aircraft inter-cooler on the B-17, the first volume produc-tion of cabin pressure regulators in 1941,the first light aircraft turboprop engine andthe first gas turbine APU on passenger jets,to mention only a few examples.

The merger with the Signal Companies in1964, followed by the AlliedSignal merger inlate 1985, placed Garrett among the top 20U.S. industrial companies with worldwideaerospace product recognition. More recent-ly, of course, is the acquisition ofAlliedSignal by Honeywell and the failedmerger attempt with General Electric. Muchhas happened since the 1930s, but thename Garrett is a one that will probablyalways linger when jet engines are dis-cussed.

The TFE FamilyThe TFE731 turbofan engine is currently in service on 20 types of civil and military airframes. As of January 1992 morethan 6,500 engines had been shipped and have accumulated more than 20 million hours in service worldwide.

Early engines have progressed through sea level thrust ratings of 3,230, 3,500 and 3,700 pounds. The TFE731-5 wascertified at 4,304 pounds. For takeoff, the -5A at 4,500 lbs. and the -5B at 4,750 lbs., with significant improvements incruise altitude thrust and TSFC (thrust specific fuel consumption). Today, Honeywell has a "second generation" TFE731in production—the -20, -40, and -60. These engines are even more powerful with better fuel specificsand power some of the latest and greatest business aircraft like the Learjet 45 (-20), theDassault Falcon 50EX and 900EX (-60), and the Galaxy SPX (-40).

Historical Evolution of the TFE FamilyThe TFE731 was based on the core of the TSCP700, developed forthe DC-10 APU, and was conceived as the first of a family of turbo-fan propulsion engines. With low specific fuel consumption, itsdesign made the TFE731 quiet enough to meet noise abatementstandards being incorporated in federal regulations in the early1970s. Certification of the TFE731-2 (the first productionmodel) came in August 1972. The 731-2 was selected forthe Dassault Falcon 10 and the Gates Learjet 35 and 36,all introduced in 1973.

The more powerful 731-3 was specifically designed asa retrofit engine for the Lockheed JetStar. TheTFE731-3A/-3B soon followed with redesigned fans,slightly extended nose cones and improved high-altitude characteristics.

Certification of the 731- 5 occurred in 1982, andone year later the 731-5A completed certificationrequirements. While both use the same genera-tor core as earlier versions, the 731-5 and -5Ahave higher fan bypass ratios and associatedimproved performance capabilities.

The 731-5B certified in 1991 further improvingtake-off, climb and cruise thrust as a result ofincreased fan flow and component improvement.In November of the same year, utilizing the aero-dynamically efficient Dash 3A fan module com-bined with the highly successful Dash 5 power sec-tion, certification of the TFE731-4 was completed.This engine powers the Cessna Citation 650/750series, and is soon to be a retrofit for the -3 poweredHawkers.

not start as a military or airline engine; there wasn't a hugemilitary contract or major airline to fund development.

As with most all engines, there were growing pains in earlydevelopment. But the manufacturer known today as Honeywell wentto great lengths throughout the growing years to develop improve-

ments in the areas that needed them the most.

Honeywell instituted one of the best factory-sponsored Maintenance Service Plans (MSP) and workedrelentlessly to improve robustness, repeatable performance, reliability and customer-, service cen-ter- and OEM satisfaction. Let it be said thatHoneywell has worked very hard to continually "raisethe bar" on engine performance with the TFE731.

Fuel ManifoldsAnother maintenance manual revision requires the disassembly,cleaning, repair and re-assembly of the fuel manifolds at the MajorPeriodic Inspection. This reduces the chance of fuel nozzle streaking,resulting in less hot section distress. A highly functioning set of man-ifolds in the hot section is critical to performance. This revisionallows us to perform this repair process in-house; we have investedin a sophisticated fuel manifold test bench for just this purpose.

Me: I want to study Automotive Engineering.My Dad: I don't think so. . .Me: How about Aviation?My Dad: OK.

That brief exchange was the first of manyfateful events that have impacted my careerwith the finest aviation service company in thecountry.

I started working at Kal-Aero in 1973 whileattending Western Michigan University. (I wasknocking down a whopping $1.75 an hour!)The first nine years were spent doing variouspaint and interior jobs and helping with struc-tural repair projects. Because Kal-Aero at thattime was relatively small, I was also exposedto the other facets of the aircraft service busi-ness. This was a fun time, as everyone wasfocused on the common goal of doing theirjobs as well as they could and helping thecompany and each other succeed.

During the late 1970s and early '80s, Kal-Aero's focus changed from aircraft sales tosupport services. In 1983, after spending timein records and research learning aircraftinspection programs, I started the servicesales department. My varied experiences hadgiven me a good overview of our capabilities,which helped me be an effective representa-tive.

In addition to selling, I was involved with anumber of other projects through the '80s,including the design of the company's com-puterized maintenance tracking system andimplementing the Project Manager concept.

In 1983, I married Debi, a fine lady who hasher own career as a teacher. Our son, Rob, isnow 16, and our daughter, Lauren, recentlyturned 14.

The face of the company has changed signifi-cantly during the last decade. Moving to theBattle Creek facility in 1992 opened a lot ofdoors and helped facilitate extensive growth. The really big news came in 1998, though,when we became part of Duncan Aviation.Through many years spent competing with

the folks in Lincoln, I had some knowledgeand a lot of respect for the way DuncanAviation operated. I was thrilled from thebeginning to become part of the new company.

Looking back over my time with the company,I see many similarities between the spirit andattitude of Kal-Aero during the early years andthe Duncan Aviation of today. The teamwork,camaraderie and focus we enjoy are tough tofind in any company, let alone in a group ofmore than 1,850 people. Having seen and fol-lowed most every other company in ourindustry for the last 20 years, I truly believe Iam a part of a very special organization.

I really appreciate the chances I've had togrow and expand during my time with DuncanAviation. Between my family at home and my"family" here at work, I think I'm about theluckiest guy I know.

FJ44, Pratt & Whitney JT15D & PW305. Inaddition to major airframe and engine train-ing, we also accomplish training on compo-nents and accessories such as Honeywell andHamilton Sundstrand Auxiliary PowerUnits and factory training on various avion-ics systems from Honeywell, RockwellCollins, Universal, B.F. Goodrich and others.

In addition, Duncan Aviation maintains anin-house program that provides ongoingtraining on Aircraft Systems, Avionics,Structures and Airframe Components. In-house classes are conducted by DuncanAviation's own trainers and employeeexperts, allowing us to maximize our in-house talent.

Until recently, Reduced VerticalSeparation Minimum (RVSM) has not

been a primary concern of most CL600 operators because most of their flights aredomestic. But in November, CL600 operatorswho venture to South America, Bermuda, St.Marteen or Puerto Rico will face the realityof RVSM and the ultimatum of jumping

through hoops to obtain a non-RVSM certified clearance or flying the trip at gas-guzzling altitudes.

An increasing number of CL600 operatorsare realizing that the U.S. RVSM mandatedate of November 1, 2004, is no longer a far-off speck on an artificial horizon. In fact it

seems to be gaining speed as it races towarda planet full of non-RVSM-certified aircraft.The sheer number of aircraft lacking certification compared with the availablemanpower to perform the installations andthe FAA paperwork turntime makes anRVSM certification crunch seem imminent.

Like most CL600 operators, the operator ofthe aircraft pictured here was not interestedin selling his aircraft to purchase a differentRVSM-compliant aircraft. Among otherfactors, he was not eager to launch a searchfor another airframe with the large cabin andcomfortable floor plan of the CL600. At thesame time, he was not eager to pony up thestaggering $250,000 price tag rumored toaccompany large aircraft RVSM certification.

His quest for answers led to DuncanAviation�s knowledgeable avionics sales andengineering teams. Outside-the-box thinkingand thorough research by Duncan Aviationhas resulted in a better RVSM solution forseveral airframes including the CL600. �Wehave proven that Challenger 600s with existing single or dual Honeywell AZ-242 AirData Computes (ADCs) can be modified tomeet RVSM requirements,� says GaryHarpster, Duncan Aviation Avionics SalesRepresentative. �We can also replace existing altimeters with new air data displayunits, which are basically digital altimeterswith built-in ADCs. These units meet the

stringent altitude display and autopilot performance requirements of RVSM. Best ofall, Duncan Aviation�s CL600 RVSM solutionis in the neighborhood of $150,000 dependingon existing equipment configurations.�

Duncan Avionics� Dallas Install team performed this avionics installation in thehangars of Trimec Aviation while the IAI1124 Westwind was there for airframe andengine maintenance. The team replaced theolder, non-supported and problematic CollinsNCS-31/R-NAV radio control head with new8.33kHz compatible Collins control heads. Inaddition, a Honeywell TCAS I was installedby the team. This installation was completedusing an existing STC from DuncanAviation�s bank of over 400.

Thorough planning and daily ventures to theTrimec hangar provided a quick and accurate installation during the same

downtime as the scheduled maintenance. The extra effort of the Dallas Install team savedthe customer thousands of dollars in downtime and underscored the flexibility that makesevery Duncan Avionics shop an attractive choice for all your avionics needs. *
