F-LINE PETITIONS/SUB DIVISION-USER MANUAL-TAHASILDHAR END F-line petitions/Sub division Certificate request is applied by the citizen through the Meeseva centers. This request can be accessed by the Tahasildhar and processed. The processing steps and screens are provided below. Procedure for Processing the Request: Select “F-line petition/Sub division” from Application Processing, like shown in the below screen. Note: - Tahasildhar Can also Process the application through Dash Board by Click on the service count link. After selecting the “F-line petition/Sub division” in Application Processing, the below screen will be displayed.

F-LINE PETITIONS/SUB DIVISION-USER MANUAL-TAHASILDHAR END

F-line petitions/Sub division Certificate request is applied by the citizen through the Meeseva centers.

This request can be accessed by the Tahasildhar and processed. The processing steps and screens are

provided below.

Procedure for Processing the Request:

♦ Select “F-line petition/Sub division” from Application Processing, like shown in the below screen.

Note: - Tahasildhar Can also Process the application through Dash Board by Click on the service count link.

♦ After selecting the “F-line petition/Sub division” in Application Processing, the below screen will be displayed.

♦ From above screen select from date & to date by using calendar controls .Like shown in the below screen.

Note: - Here, to date must be prior to Current date.

♦ Select “Request Status (either All/Not Viewed/Open etc...)” from request status drop down list. Like shown in the

below screen.

NOTE: - Here, At First the Request is in “Not Viewed” Status

♦ After selecting “Request Status” from request status dropdown list, click on “Get Details” button like shown in the

below screen.

♦ After clicking on “Get Details” button, all Not Viewed Requests are displayed. Like shown in the below screen.

♦ After getting requests, select the Request which has to be processed. Like shown in the below screen.

♦ After selecting the request, the below screen will be displayed.

Note: - Now the request is in Open status.

Note: - Here Edit Options are given to the Applicant Name, Father Name in the Tahasildhar Login.

♦ Here, Tahasildhar downloads all the attached documents from “Documents Attached” panel by clicking on links.

Like shown in the below screen.

♦ After that, Tahasildhar downloads Verification/Proceeding documents by clicking on document link. Like shown in

the below screen.

Note: - After downloading all Verification/Proceeding documents MRI & VRO collect documents from the Tahasildhar

for field level enquiry.

After enquiry, the MRI & VRO submitted their report to the Tahasildhar.

♦ Now Tahasildhar uploads the Check List which is received from MRI & VRO. Like shown in the below screen.

♦ Now Tahasildhar can take action (either Accept/Reject). Like shown in the below screen.

Note: - Based on Tahasildhar action (either Accept/Reject), status (either Approved/Rejected) is generated.

♦ If Tahasildhar wants to accept the request by checking the “Accept” Radio button. Like shown in the below

screen.

♦ After selecting the Radio button (“Accept”), Tahasildhar enter “Remarks” and click on “Approve” button. Like

shown in the below screen.

♦ After clicking on “Approve” button, digital certificate pop is generated. Like shown in the below screen.

♦ Now select the digital certificate and click on “OK” Button, Like shown in the below screen.

♦ After clicking on “OK” button, private exchange key popup will generate. Like shown in the below screen.

♦ Now clicking on “OK” button. Like shown in the below screen.

After clicking “OK” button then, the request is approved

Note: - Now the request is in Approved status.

Note: - After Tahasildhar Approved/Rejected, Customer Received Message. Like your Request is Approved/

Rejected.

♦ Once the request is approved by Tahasildhar then, Tahasildhar will prepare F-Line/Sub Division Documents.

♦ Once the request approved then, Applicant collect the F-Line/Sub Division document from Tahasildhar office.
