Subject: Guidelines with regard to utilization of CPDA grants-regarding
This is with reference to communications received from IISc and IISER Bhopal for
relaxation in CPDA guidelines for utilisation of CPDA grants for purchasing equipment
required for online education.
2. In this regard, it is stated that the matter has been examined in consultation with
Finance division of the Ministry. It has been accordingly decided that the revised guidelines
on CPDA, as issued vide the Ministry’s letter No.35-5/2020-TS.III dated 28th July, 2020
(copy enclosed for ready reference) that is applicable to NITs & IIEST Shibpur may be
accordingly followed and complied by in IISc and IISERs.
3. This issues with the approval of Secretary (HE).
