Barbacoa is a brand new restaurant located in the fast expanding culinary strip at Jalan Petitenget, in lines with some other well-known restaurants. Opened just last month, the grill-concepted restaurant has already begun to create quite a stir among the foodiest in the island. This new restaurant is a fusion Latin American restaurant with bespoke menus like slow cooked, wood fired and charcoal grilled suckling pig, local seafoods, Australians lamb and beef and of course salad.
