GENERAL INTRODUCTION
FAB India is an ISO 9001 2000 company based in NasikAmbad, around 150 Km from India's financial capital Mumbai.$We have a total fabrication area of over 30,000 sq feet, completewith the latest fabrication machinery and equipment.
$At FAB India, a dedicated team of engineers and designersoffers complete turnkey solutions to customers right fromdesign, prototyping, production, to erection and commissioning.$
We have a trained workforce of over 200 employees andthe company is growing rapidly and expanding its capacityevery year.$At Present our capacity allows for execution of over 500 tonsmonthly of fabrication and galvanization.
The company is in the process of increasing its capacityto 1000 tons per month by 2010.

Nature of Business / Product list
Fab India is involved in the line of structural fabrication. The company supplies tothe following industries
Infrastructure Projects
Telecom Projects
Outdoor media
Transportation
Infrastructure Projects
The company has done structural fabrication for Reliance Jamnagar project.Work involved supplying structural fabricated parts as per design and drawingsprovided.
Various items relating to Petroleum Refinery like shed trusses, railings, gratings,were supplied.
Jobs were manufactured at our plant and also galvanized and sent to site for
fitment.
The company has done various warehouse projects for Reliance Retail for theircommodities storing and sorting centers.
Warehouses were around 50,000 sq feet in sizes.

ISO 9001 - 2000 CERTIFICATION
FAB India has got the ISO 9001 2000 certification from TUV Germany ISO9001 2000 certified company.
Company was certified two and half years back.
Implementation of ISO 9001 2000 has helped the company grow and at thesame time has been able to achieve maximum customer satisfaction.
Rejections have been reduced to a great extent and manufacturing cycle timehas been minimized.
Enterprise Resource Planning ( ERP )
We have implemented customized ERP Package Alpha, for managing thecomplete manufacturing process.
Right from bill of material to procurement till dispatch, all the functions arecentrally monitored by the system.
ERP has resulted in lower stock holding, faster customer order processing andshorter manufacturing lead time.
