Muhammad Yousuf Soomro received his M.Sc. degree in 2004 in physics from University of Sindh, Jamshoro, Pakistan. He started in June 2010 as Ph.D student in Physical Electronics and Nanotechnology division at department of science and technology (ITN), Norrköping, Linköping University, Sweden under the supervision of Prof. Magnus Willander. His research interest concern with piezoelectric, mechanical and electrical characterization and applications of ZnO nanowires/nanorods and nanotubes. He is also involved in the fabrication of polymer based light emitting diodes.
