Facebook App Administrative Area User’s Guide

Log in with the following temporary access: Usename: admin Password: adm1n
Active Jobs | Archived Jobs
The [HOME] tab
This dashboard will display the current posted job listings
To archive a position click the [Archive Option] icon
To delete a position click on the [Trash} icon
To review the applicants for each position click on the [Resume Listing] icon
To edit the listing click on the [Edit] button
Applicants Listing Once you click on [Resume Listing] on the previous panel, it will display the applicants list for the selected position. Each applicant will display:
The city
The applying date
The functionality to decide if the applicant is, not or maybe a
candidate for the current position
[View Resume] icon
Once you decide [Yes, Maybe or No] for the applicant you must click on
[Submit] to save the selection. This function will save the administrator
time for future decisions.
Candidate Resumé Page
When you click [Resume Listing] on the previous panel, it will
display the applicant’s:
Contact information
The cover letter
Other information
[Download Resume] button
Resumé preview and download
Once you click [Download Resume] button on the previous panel, it
will display the applicant’s uploaded resume. You can print and save
a copy of the document.
Add a new position
Return to the main dashboard and click on the [Add Position]
button
To add a new Job {Listing Page} you must fill in the required
information:
Company name
Position
Posted Date
Location
Category (field/industry)
Type (part time, full time, etc.)
Position description
Click on [Send Now] button in order to save the new entry
Add a new category
To add a new category (field/industry) click on the [Category] button
To edit each category click on the [Edit] pencil icon
To delete a category click on the [Trash] icon
Add a new location
To add a new location (municipality) click on the [Location] button
To edit each location click on the [Edit] pencil icon
To delete a location click on the [Trash] icon
Change password
The administrator can change his/her password anytime by
clicking on [Change Password] button
Enter the old password
Enter the new password
Click on the [Submit] button to save the new password
Edit a job listing
When you click on the [Edit] button on the selected job listing
located at the main dashboard, it will display the {Edit Listing
Page} panel.
Edit the information
Click on [Send Now] button to save the new information
Archived Jobs
To view the archived jobs click on the [Archived Jobs] tab on the right side of the panel, down the upper main menu
To activate the job listing click on the [Active Option]
icon
To delete an archived position click on the [Trash} icon
To review the applicants for each position click on the [Resume Listing] icon
To edit the job listing click on the [Edit] button
