Business PageThis tutorial teaches you in 5

easy steps how to create a

Facebook Fan Page/Public

Profile.

• Note: you don't need to be a technical person to follow this tutorial. Anyone with basic computer knowledge can create a Facebook Fan Business Page/Public Profile.

Step 1: Click on the Advertising Link

• Login to your Facebook account. Then go to the Facebook homepage at http://www.facebook.com and click on the link called Advertising located at the bottom of the page.

Step 2: Click on the Pages Link

• On the Facebook Advertising page click on the Facebook Pages link.

Step 3: Click on the Create a Page button

• Click on the green Create a Page button at the right side of the page.

Step 4: Choose Page Category & Name

• Choose the Facebook Fan Page category & name and click on the Create Page button.

Step 5: Complete Detailed Information

• Upload a logo or a photo and input company information for your Facebook Fan Page/Public Profile and click publish. You're Facebook Fan Page/Public Profile is now ready for prime time.

Your Tube and Twitter Apps

Display all of your listings on the sidebar of your profile.  I just did it and it's so easy to add.  Here are the very simple steps

1.  Go to www.SeeMyListings.com or the application page on Facebook - http://apps.facebook.com/seemylistings

2.  Click allow to give the See My Listings application access to your Facebook account. 

3.  Once off the landing page, you simply enter your MLS information in the registration form and select the "continue" button.  Upon registering, you will get a confirmation screen with your name and MLS information, with an "Add to Profile" button to add the application to your profile.

4.  Once added, your listings will now be viewed on your Facebook Wall by any friends who visit your profile page. It's that simple!  And now you can tell your sellers that you are advertising their listings on Facebook!.

The first thing you need to do is get a Yahoo email account. If you already have that, great! If not, it may be

RETRIEVING CONTACTS- THIS COULD TAKE A FEW MINUTES

CLICK ON “VIEW IMPRTED CONTACTS”

TA-DA!!

NOW LET’S EXPORT YOUR CONTACTS

LOOK FOR TOOLS IN THE BLUE TOOLBAR.

ONE OF THE DROP-DOWN OPTIONS IS “EXPORT”

YOU WILL BE GIVEN 5 OPTIONS.

CLICK “YAHOO! CSV”

PROVE YOU ARE HUMANTHEN CLICK “EXPORT NOW”

OPEN OR SAVE THE EXCEL FILE

SAVE FILE TO BE USED IMPORTED TO:

C21 CONTACT MANAGERLEADROUTER

MLSOUTLOOK

ANY EMAIL PROGRAM

YOU WILL GET A SPREADSHEET THAT LOOKS LIKE THIS

DELETE ALL COLUMNS EXCEPT “FIRST”, “LAST”, “EMAIL”

RENAME THE REMAINING COLUMNS – “FIRST NAME”. “LAST NAME”, ‘EMAIL ADDRESS”

Your new spreadsheet will look like this

Click File, “SAVE AS..” CHOOSE FOLDER, NAME FILE, SAVE AS A CSV FILE

21online Contact Manager“Import Your List”

Select your file and then click “next”

Click “IMPORT CONTACTS”

And VOILA!!.. YOUR FACEBOOK/YAHOO CONTACTS ARE NOW READY FOR C21 AUTOMATED EMAILS! (NEXT LESSON)
