Facebook Use Guidelines for Nursing Lab Communication and Resources

1. We created a private group page and sent the link to The College of New Jerseys nursing students only. Lab staff and senior lab assistants approved the members as they asked to join. The main page has a discussion board where educators post various resources and events, as well as where student can post questions.

2. We post articles and various resources (brain sheets, review sheets etc.), which are stored in the files

section for easy access for the students.

3. Another feature we utilize is the event section. You can create various events that the students can RSVP for, including virtual open lab, review sessions, or skills classes. With the events being virtual, we place the zoom links and any supporting documents in the event itself.
