Note :• If you have already LL Application using the old flow and want to apply for LL using this new Aadhaar based flow, you
may cancel your old application no. and re-apply on Sarathifor this newflow• Applicant whose Present address is same as Aadhaar address and has no requirement to upload Medical
Certificate(Age Less than 40 years or NON-transport vehicle) to get Learner’s License can avail seamless Faceless servicei.e doesn’t need to visit RTO for any document verification or approval.
• Only if applicant uploads any document like Address proof or Medical certificate (More than 40 years of age orTransport vehicle) the applicant needs to visit RTO with required documents for document verification anytime beforethe Learner’s License test.
Select State as” Maharashtra”
Select option as” Application for New Learner License”
Click on Continue
Select option as” Applicant does not hold Driving /Learner
License”
Select the option “Submit via Aadhaar Authentication
Read the description for understanding the service
Click on submit button after selecting the option
Read the pop up message Click on Submit
User may select Aadhaar number or
VID Enter the Aadhaar
number
Click on Generate OTP
OTP is sent on Mobile no linked with Aadhaar
Number
Enter the OTP
Click on Authenticate
The Aadhaar details are fetched
Click on proceed
Photo is displayed
Aadhaar related details are fetched ,
applicant need to fill
other details
Enter the mobile no linked with
Aadhaar
Fill the present address details if different
from Aadhaar
Select the class of vehicleClick on Form 1
Fill the Form 1 as per the applicant physical fitness
Once filled click on submit form
Click on OK button
Click on close
Click on OK
Select OK
Select Next
Click on Proceed
Upload the signature
Signature uploaded
Click on Save Photo & Signature
Click on Proceed for fee payment
Verify the fees and complete the payment process
Click on Home
The LL password is sent through
SMSClick here to see the road
safety video
Watching the road safety video is mandatory before
attempting the test
Click Generate OTP
Please enter the OTP received through SMS
Click Submit
Click on Video to play it.
Click on play button
Watch the video without skipping or forwarding it and also don’t toggle between the screen while viewing the video
Click on close button
Click on confirmation and then Submit the
video
Click on LL test
Enter the application no, date of birth and
password received via SMS
Click on login
Read the instruction and click
on Proceed
Select the language for
the test
Click on Proceed

Enter the Application number, Date of birth and click on Submit
OTP sent to the registered Mobile no
Enter the OTP and Click on submit button
The LL can be printed by the applicant
